9 Homeowner or authorized decision-maker
9 Looking for service on residential property
9 Within the territory specified
9 Has an interest in the agreed-upon service category
9 Service is for emergency or non-emergency
9 Service is for control or removal of bugs and insects, rodents, and small animals (mice, rats, voles, and moles)
9 Call was referred or transferred to another provider ! Missed calls are billable and not disputable Non-billable lead criteria:
All reviews/disputes must be submitted within 7 days of receipt
Duplicate calls are not billable if received within 14 days of each other
Wildlife (unless appointment is set)
Existing service calls
