Homeowner or authorized decision-maker
9 Looking for service on residential property
9 Within the territory specified
9 Has an interest in the agreed-upon service category
9 Service is for mold removal inside the home, basement, or crawl space with visible mold present (except in New York, Texas, Florida, and California) or mold has already been tested and results received.
9 Must offer free estimate
Missed calls are billable and not disputable
Non-billable lead criteria:
✘ All reviews/disputes must be submitted within 7 days of receipt ✘ Duplicate calls are not billable if received within 14 days of each other
✘ Mold removal on vehicles or on outdoor surfaces (roof, siding, outside bricks, porch) unless an appointment is scheduled
✘ Mold testing unless price is given, appointment is set, or referral is given ($50 lead cost)
