Billable leads meet these quality standards:
9 Homeowner or authorized decision-maker
9 Looking for service on residential property
9 Within the territory specified
9 Has an interest in the agreed-upon service category
9 Minimum of 2+ windows unless service is for bay, bow, or picture windows
! Missed calls are billable and not disputable
Non-billable lead criteria:
✘ All reviews/disputes must be submitted within 7 days of receipt
✘ Duplicate calls are not billable if received within 14 days of each other
✘ New construction, property higher than 3 stories, mobile homes, basement windows, glass blocks, skylights, egress windows, glass only, repairs, government funding as payment, or looking for free window program
