Billable leads meet these quality standards:
9 Homeowner or authorized decision-maker
9 Looking for service on residential property
9 Within the territory specified
9 Has an interest in the agreed-upon service category
9 Roof must have a pitch
9 Service is for new gutters ! Missed calls are billable and not disputable
Non-billable lead criteria:
✘ All reviews/disputes must be submitted within 7 days of receipt
✘ Duplicate calls are not billable if received within 14 days of each other
✘ Downspouts only, fascia repairs, mobile homes, shared roofs, rubber roofs, flat roofs, interlocking metal roofs, condominiums/townhouses, HOAs, buildings over 3 stories
✘ Gutter cleaning, repairs, partial jobs
✘ Box gutters or gutters over 6 inches (unless willing to replace the current gutters)
