Billable leads meet these quality standards:
9 Homeowner or authorized decision-maker
9 Looking for service on residential property
9 Within the territory specified
9 Has an interest in the agreed-upon service category
9 Service is for fire damage, smoke damage, soot damage, or puffbacks
9 Cigarette smoke calls may be returned ! Missed calls are billable and not disputable
Non-billable lead criteria:
✘ All reviews/disputes must be submitted within 7 days of receipt
✘ Duplicate calls are not billable if received within 14 days of each other
✘ Complete loss of the home, content cleaning (furniture, clothing, etc.)
✘ Board-ups unless an appointment is scheduled (charge is $100)
