Advising customer to contact another provider (contractor, plumber, etc.) or to contact insurance first will result in call being billable

Missed calls are billable and not disputable Non-billable lead criteria: ✘ All reviews/disputes must be submitted within 7 days of receipt ✘ Duplicate calls are not billable if received within 14 days of each other ✘ Complete loss of the home, content cleaning (furniture, clothing, etc.) ✘ Board-ups unless an appointment is scheduled (charge is $100) ✘ Water damage in a vehicle, RV, or front/back yard that hasn’t affected the property
