9 Has an interest in the agreed-upon service category
9 Service is for cleaning or repair
9 If an appointment is made regardless of service needed, call is billable
Missed calls are billable and not disputable
Non-billable lead criteria:
✘ All reviews/disputes must be submitted within 7 days of receipt
Duplicate calls are not billable if received within 14 days of each other ✘ If client does not accept trip fee
