9 Looking for service on residential property
9 Within the territory specified
9 Has an interest in the agreed-upon service category
9 Service is for inspection, cleaning, relining, cap & crown repair, masonry repair, dampers, or waterproofing
Missed calls are billable and not disputable
Non-billable lead criteria: ✘ All reviews/disputes must be submitted within 7 days of receipt
Duplicate calls are not billable if received within 14 days of each other
If client does not accept the trip fee
