Billable leads meet these quality standards:

Homeowner or authorized decision-maker 9 Looking for service on residential property

9 Within the territory specified

9 Has an interest in the agreed-upon service category

9 All remodels that include the wet area are considered billable 9 Full remodels are billable if the lead is interested in the wet area

9 Tile/wall-only and tub-only leads are considered billable 9

Bathroom layout changes and high-rise buildings may be returned if work cannot be completed ! Missed calls are billable and not disputable Non-billable lead criteria: ✘ All reviews/disputes must be submitted within 7 days of receipt

✘ Duplicate calls are not billable if received within 14 days of each other

✘ Not interested in wet areas, wants to add bath where one does not exist, wants to use insurance claims or government funding as payment source, only wants reglazing

✘ Liners are non-billable only on no-liner campaigns
