Missed calls are billable and not disputable Non-billable lead criteria:
All reviews/disputes must be submitted within 7 days of receipt
Duplicate calls are not billable if received within 14 days of each other
Air duct cleaning, mini-split, window units, boilers
New construction, commercial jobs if not licensed (billable if appointment is set)
