Adam Housley Right Home Media

Biography: Adam Housley is the Founder and CEO of Right Home Media, a company focused on responsibly leveraging emerging technologies to create powerful solutions for the real estate industry. Adam has over 15 years of experience in the media industry and a proven track record for utilizing technological breakthroughs for real world solutions. Before founding Right Home Media, Adam began developing custom AI based hardware solutions to scale Rocket City Photo to the area’s largest real estate photography company. Adam led Rocket City Photo to photograph over one billion dollars of real estate in North Alabama alone. He saw a gap in the real estate industry and believed that AI would play a significant role in transforming it. This concept led him to start Right Home Media in 2021 with a mission to leverage AI to modernize real estate marketing across the world.

Under Adam’s leadership, Right Home Media has led the way in harnessing artificial intelligence to create industry leading software. Right Home Media launched their first solution, SecondFloor, in 2022. With over 4000 downloads in 17 countries, SecondFloor mixes AR and AI to instantly create residential floor plans. SecondFloor allows real estate agents, media professionals, and appraisers to immediately see accurate home metrics for valuations and make data-driven decisions that previously took days or weeks to calculate. Utilizing AI for this role is a novel concept and has the ability to displace jobs overseas, typically compiling these metrics by hand. Adam recognized this potential disruption and created sustainability standards for Right Home Media including their responsible AI pledge which donates a percentage of gross service earnings directly to communities that could be impacted by AI job displacements; this percentage is approximately twice the amount paid through wages by competing businesses.

When he’s not leading Right Home Media, Adam enjoys traveling and spending time with his family. He is also passionate about giving back to the community and supports several charities that focus on lifting people out of poverty. With his experience, vision, and commitment to innovation, Adam Housley is a trailblazer in the proptech industry.
