The Team DENNIS BEN MOSOTA Mosota studied law at the prestigious Makerere University where he graduated with a second class degree in 2008 and a diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law in 2009.He also holds Certificate in Advanced Trial Advocacy from the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA, USA).

Mosota has a wealth of experience in Conveyance and Real Estate transactions having worked with the firms of Kimani Kairu & Company Advocates and Ahmednasir, Abdikadir & Co. Advocates for a cumulative period of Five years. In addition to the practice of law he is a consulting Editor of the Nairobi Law Monthly. Mosota is a member of the Law Society of Kenya & the East African Law Society.

Mokaya attained his Masters of Laws (LL.M) from University of Turin, Italy where he specialized in International Law, International Criminal Law, International Humanitarian Law and Law of International Organisations. Prior to that he obtained an LL.B from Moi University and a Post Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law.

The Team FAITH MONI ODHIAMBO Faith is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and consulting partner in the firm. She is an accomplished commercial and competition lawyer with vast experience in other areas of the law.

She has previously worked with at the Competition Authority of Kenya where she reviewed and oversaw applications for mergers and acquisitions, Abuse of dominance complaints, analysis of the market on cartel conduct, interpreting legal provisions in regarding violations under restrictive trade practices and consumer protection complaints. She was effective

in handling case conferences between parties dealing with the Competition Authority, stakeholders and sector regulators, reviewed legal instruments with the Chief Legal Officer and provided legal advice on amendments, guidelines and regulations to the Competition Act.

The Team ERIC KOMOLO Mr. Komolo is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and consulting partner in the firm. He has solid experience in research and legal practice having advised clients including public institutions in diverse areas of law. Some of the notable assignments he has recently taken include as leading co-consultant for a private sector entity on the regulatory environment for an East African e-philanthropy Platform, lead consultant in reviewing legal compliance of a public institution, facilitator/trainer on prison reforms and death penalty in Kenya organized by ICJ-Kenya/KHRC and govern-

Some of his notable contributions in this area including as assisting counsel in FIDA & 5 others -vsAttorney General & Another (2011) challenging affirmative action and gender representation in the composition of Supreme Court of Kenya.
