WHO WE ARE Leading Image Consultancy Ltd has positioned itself as a premium management and training provider in the East Africa region. We have been in this market for 4 years with proven experience in consultancy of more than 15 years. Our mission as Leading Image, is to combine both management and business experiences together with an aim of improving and learning more, which will benefit individuals and organizations undergoing the trainings.

Based on adult learning principles ( Neuro Linguistic Programming). Leading Image training module uses proven, highly interactive participatory sessions and practical techniques that offer discernable behavioral change that can be implemented immediately in the workplace.

Training at Leading Image is outcome based, wholly integrated and highly interactive. Our approach has three golden threads: Context, Content and

Creativity. We believe that successful and innovative strategies rely on the synergy of diverse disciplines, drawing on numerous case studies with current local and global thinking.

We develop strong partnership with organizations that wish to focus on development and advancements of their employees working with different departments of that organization. We work with well trained professionals to fit specific learning needs, tailoring programmes to meet the required specific purpose for individuals and organizations, hence the delivery to meet the business schedule of the participants.
