WHAT WE DO InternLink is a Kenyan start-up that provides a platform which guarantees timely internship opportunities to undergraduate and graduate students.

Our main objective is to bridge the existing gap between students and the employer not only to meet their degree requirements but also to equip the students with hands on experience, knowledge and exposure that sets them up for the job market. InternLink believes the internship opportunities compliment the student’s academic qualifications with a learning practical experience best suited to their interest, abilities and qualifications.

Internlink also works closely with various corporations in both government and private sector connecting them with top ambitious students who can add to their organizations while learning from their work practices. This partnership helps organizations to have a heavy presence in the universities and colleges, which strengthens the relationship with the young people.

OUR SERVICES Attachment program We work with students in their final year to help them secure an industrial attachment as part of the requirements to graduate. The attachment period is determined by the industry norm or student’s degree requirement.

Internship program We place fresh graduates in relevant work setting directly related to the interns academic training, personal interests or career aspirations. We assist them find these placements at industrial, non-profit and governmental organizations.

Conferences & Workshops We enable students to attend different academic and professional conferences and workshops. These are opportunities meant to expand their networks, awareness and knowledge base of their areas of practice.

Also, we organize workshops in a bid to train on key areas such as publications, professional resumes and proposals writing.

Scholarship Opportunities In addition to sharing local and international scholarship opportunities, we also offer professional tips and tricks on the process. This is meant to academically empower the youth who are using the application platform.

Mentorship & Coaching Program The trainees on our platform are linked to relevant mentors for industry and life coaching sessions. Mentors will assist the students develop leadership, technical, entrepreneurial and interpersonal skills pertinent to career development.
