ASHUSH GENERAL CONTRACTORS was founded in 2012 as an Engineering Firm and has become a reputable player in the transformation of the Kenyan industry. Our executive team is led by Individuals whose wealth of experience in the Mechanical Engineering and Related fields in diverse industry sectors has driven the company’s exponential growth to its current successful levels. This experience covers the design, implementation and project management of projects in General Machine and Fabrication Engineering to also include Hydraulics, Pneumatics and Electrical Works.

With a large workshop at our disposal, we provide total mechanical engineering solutions for a variety of types and sized jobs.

This flexibility allows us to service a wide variety of customers from small to major enterprises. We have the

necessary resources, capacity and experience to meet current and future customer requirements. We are confident that the company will continue on its successful path in 2018. The company’s entrepreneurial spirit and its strict adherence to sound business practices will enable it to continue to enjoy its position as a leading and challenging innovator and emerging leader for many years to come. We are registered as Road, Building and Water Works contractors, class NCA 4 and NCA 7, under the National Construction Authority. We are also licensed by the State Department of Water to operate as a qualified water contractor. See the annexure for further details.

n-site Support: - In the event of on-site projects or any fault occurring in the field, nothing guarantees a faster response than having an engineer on-site to investigate problems. The goal is to get the equipment operational and usable to you in the shortest time possible with the least impact on your daily operations.

We propose to attach a team of engineers to critical mission sites to reduce unprecedented downtimes.

elp Desk: - The support division runs a 24-hour help desk which forms the first point of call. Once a service call has been received it is allocated a reference number for easy tracking and monitoring. The help desk co-coordinator immediately notifies support technicians or Engineers of the fault who will attend to the fault. If the fault is not resolved within the agreed time frames an escalation process is initiated.

The terms and conditions of the escalation times are either the standard BASHUSH GENERAL CONTRACTORS response times or those agreed in a Service Level Agreement. E-mail and telephone support services are also available.

ost-Implementation Support: - As part of every installation we perform, our customers are provided with a complete set of as-built drawings along with any changes that occurred during installation.

Corporate Social Responsibility BASHUSH GENERAL CONTRACTORS’ policy towards social responsibility is a commitment to perform a meaningful role in the transformation of Kenyan society in its broadest context both directly and through our partners.

e actively encourage growth and development in all our staff and view skills development and capacity building as a critical component of our business. In addition to on the job training and close mentorship, we find short training courses as well as college diplomas for any of our

staff interested in further studies and personal development – the total amount budgeted for the current financial year about 5% of our total salary bill. Areas for training and development include fitting and turning, fabrication and any befitting engineering related advancement/ training programme.

We are is committed to consistently provide quality services and products that meet and exceed customer and regulatory requirements through continuous improvement to the effectiveness of the Quality Management system. Our objective is to attain an ISO certification by in FY2020.
