It’s designed for people who love to be social and independent, for people who enjoy hanging out with friends and family, but can also find pleasure in reading a good book in silence while it rains outside.

For people who love their time, their life, their moments. For people who don’t want to feel controlled 24/7 and want to unleash themselves from the phone for a second to just‌ breathe!

_________ Our Story Yofam Messenger was born out of love for privacy as online and/or indicators of read messages have always bothered us when using other messenger apps.

We decided to make our own messenger app, that would give users back the confidence in a social messenger. But in a cool, easy and fun way!

_________ Our Tech The technology approach we are using is the same as other popular Real Time messaging apps.

We are not using any third Party API's for our app, it’s totally custom built and open source.

____________________ Risks and challenges We don't underestimate the scale of this project. However we know we can deliver. As we have already successfully submitted an MVP (Minimal Viable Product) to the UK AppStore. This was done using a third party chat server and BAAS, not our own.

We have a very talented team of 4 developers (2 frontend and 2 backend developers).

The risk and challenges involved are running over the deadline. Bugs and crashes in both the app and server. Getting them to communicate with each other, without any glitches. Therefore extensive testing will need to be done before AppStore submission. We hope that our new found Kickstarter family will help with testing, so that we can identify and fix bugs faster.
