Should Buyer’s MV does not have crane, Buyer must add an extra US$1.05 per ton excluding product price. (>70,000 MT vessel Panamax)

Seller’s delivery will be up to on-board mother vessel only (for Incoterms FOB)

Seller does not send samples but may provide COA or ROA

Buyer must follow and abide all regulations and procedures by the Government of Republic of Indonesia

Insurance will be born by Buyer

End Buyer replies with LOI to End Seller, addressed to representative & end seller:

End Seller reconfirms received LOI and replies with FCO to End Buyer (End Buyer to sign & stamp document)

End Buyer then sends Draft Contract (Sales & Purchase Agreement) and Draft LC with Company Profile. Said documents must be issued by End Buyer and addressed to representative, end seller & funder.

5.

Both parties (Seller & Buyer) to sign and stamp contract (SPA). Site Visit is available once LC is active. All accommodations, flight tickets, etc. at buyer's own cost NOTE: Video teleconference is available via Zoom after FCO is signed and stamped by End Buyer
