As we work through the process of design and material selection, customer input is necessary. We ask that you use this guide as a reference for most of the materials you’ll be choosing for your project. Please refer to your contract specifications as to what materials are included, and what would be considered an upgrade.
These selections are convieniently made through our portal, BuilderTrend, which will be set up for you to make the necessary selections before beginning your project.
Your project manager will review these with you and discuss any items that may not have been included in your agreement.
Stock/ standard materials, colors, sizes are all effected by global markets. We reserve the right to offer alternatives if available for standard selections.
