''The social mission of the landscape architect has a pedagogical side of communicating to the masses a feeling of esteem and comprehension of the values of nature through his presentation of it.''
(Roberto Burle Marx)
I think of the landscape as a mirror. Born in the 21st century, after witnessing the changes in the social industry, I consider that the landscape would reflect the next level of goals after people's basic needs, such as living, are met. However, many people around me have misconceptions about the discipline of landscape architecture, even though they understand that they are deeply affected by its inconveniences. Therefore, showing the natural value that I am interested in, such as how to improve the areas affected by climate disasters, to the public is the original intention of my interest in this subject.
Through studying this project, I can cultivate my comprehensive thinking that connects the design of individual landscape plots with the overall urban planning strategy. As the threat of climate change grows, the need for sustainable design and metrics to ensure that entire communities reduce their carbon footprint globally should be at the forefront of every aspect of our design projects. The program will allow me to think about strategies for dealing with different types of landscapes and equip me with the knowledge and skills to engage in discussions on professional issues.
After completing the study of the project, in addition to becoming a qualified landscape architect, I hope that I can provide better suggestions for the study of urban resilience and climate change in landscape design guidance when communicating with other disciplines to contribute to the city and the world contribute to sustainable development.
At this moment, I am honored that you can open and read my portfolio carefully and listen to my stories about landscapes in different regions of the world.

Herdsman Fisherman Outsiders
Among the people living around Lake Qagan Nur, fishermen and herders are the main users of the lake in different seasons. The drying up of most of the lakes has seriously affected the demand of animal husbandry for the pasture industry, and at the same time, the impact on the water level of freshwater lakes has also affected the production and life of fishermen. In order to solve these problems, the participation of foreigners, including scholars and tourists, can effectively alleviate the gradual deterioration of lakes under warm dry conditions, and collectively create a more favorable living and well -being.
In the dried up saline-alkali waters that need to be treated, relevant walking trails are set up according to the water stratification to increase the entry of water runoff and reduce the salinity of the existing water sources. After the physical treatment of the soil, an infiltration pipeline is added to enhance the entry of the water source. Connect to surrounding water collector facilities to apply moisture collected in the air, while warning of wind direction.
Site Events Strategy
The existing fishery in the freshwater area and the future development of the planting industry in the saline-alkali area are the main functional directions of the lake's future development. Therefore, relevant roads are set up around the lake to increase the connection between the lake. Set up fishing revets in the common fishing areas of freshwater lakes to serve daily fishing activities. In the area where the two lakes are connected, auxiliary ceremonies are set up for the traditional winter fishing activities of local residents, so as to promote the inheritance of the unique culture of the region.

Collector Design
The overall shape of collector is extracted from the traditional poles of the ceremony, and the wind blades are set on the top to warn the intensity and direction of sandstorms. At the same time, a manual pumping pump device is added to use the water collected from the top for daily use.

Use the wasteland intersecting with the arable land to plant halophytic/salt-tolerant plants to increase the groundwater hydraulic gradient formed by the evapotranspiration, and pump the groundwater and salinity of the adjacent saline-alkali farmland to reduce and control salt in the saline-alkali farmland, and gradually increase the economy crop.

Determine the appropriate overall design of the dry salt drainage system, quantify the ratio of cultivated land/wasteland, and optimize the
