WELCOME TO THE MGM 2024 Welcome to our 2024 Palletforce Members General Meeting. As our flagship business event of the year, it’s a great chance for us all to get together, discuss challenges and opportunities in our sector and for us to reinforce the range of member support initiatives that Palletforce offers.

The event also allows us to present updates from across our various departments, outlining new projects, innovation and operational advances that will help ensure we remain best-placed to deliver the quality and service our customers expect.

A commitment to customer care and delivering the best possible customer experience has been the focus of our business for the last few years, and it has paid dividends.

And in the current challenging economic climate, we believe that our strategy to leverage customer care to continue to help develop sustainable business, alongside our ability to successfully work in collaboration, will help ensure we enhance our market position.

The economic climate is creating challenges and adversity across many industry sectors, however, the strength of our membership, our financial stability and the consistent performance of our entire network will carry us through.

Continuity of quality service is what Palletforce and its membership are renowned for. It’s a result of our unique ability to collaborate and rings back to the Palletforce adage that ‘together we are stronger’.
