Participants will learn about the principles of ecology, the basics of permaculture applied to a garden, orchard or agricultural project, strategies for promoting biodiversity and creating fertile soil, preparations with beneficial microorganisms, regenerative agriculture techniques, improving soil and plant health, and how to build a permaculture gar den. It will be a oneday intensive workshop, taking place at the Jardí de l’Albarda (C/ del Baix Vinalopó, 8, Pedreguer) from 9.30am to 2pm and then from 4pm to 7.30pm.
