They will have to present their dishes before a profes‐sional jury made up of Michelin‐starred chefs, Abel Valverde one of the best and most awarded maîtres in Spain, and a team of Le Cor ‐don Bleu chefs from Madrid. The four ‐ hour final will be broadcast live.

The winner and the run‐ner‐up will receive a schol‐arship valued at more than €23,000 and €8,500 respec‐tively. The winner will also win €1,500 in financial aid.
