around 4.30pm. Although he fell from a window on the seventh floor the distance was equivalent to six storeys because of a roof on the ground floor - but still a seemingly impossible drop to survive. Don’t be a ‘ghost’ citizen
NO PADRON: Around 100,000 may not be registered. THERE are thousands of foreign residents who are thought to live on the Costa del Sol without being on the padron municipal register. Marbella Council has started a campaign on social media, radio, via email and in local newspapers to get people to register. It believes its population could be up to 250,000 as opposed to the 150,000 registered. The more people on the list, the more cash comes from central government and the more is spent on local services - so what are you waiting for? Make sure you are registered on the padron.
