Brit soldier ‘attack’ By Joe Gerrard & Johanna Rebuffo A BRITISH soldier remains in a critical condition after being stabbed in the neck with a broken glass by her colleague and friend during a night out in Magaluf. S a r a h A n n G a r r i t y, 2 2 , from Middlesborough, underwent emergency surgery and remains in intensive care in Palma’s Son Espases Hospital after the alleged assault which took place at around 1am on Monday. A court in Palma has remanded 19-year-old soldier Sydney Cole, from London, in custody in connection with the attack. She is now set to face further questioning.
