Killer confesses Brit expat sentenced for strangling wife
A BRITISH expat was sentenced to 12 years in prison after confessing to the murder of his wife. Warren Lytlle, aged 52, killed his partner Lisa Jane during an argume n t i n t h e i r C a lv ia apartment last year. The car salesman strangled his 49-year-old wife with a phone cable during the alcohol-fuelled fight. with her husband. The couple’s daughter testified in the Palma court that her father had often beaten Lisa Jane when they lived in the UK, being reported for domestic violence. Lytlle’s sex game claim was immediately dismissed by police investigators. A report drafted earlier this year stated: “At 3am on J a nua ry 23, 2016 Wa rre n Lyttle had an argument with his wife during which, with the aim of ending her life, and in a sudden, surprising a nd une xpe c te d fa s hion, which left her unable to defend herself, he attacked her with a mobile phone cable.” In Monday’s dramatic public confession, Lyttle answered simply “yes” to that charge. He confirmed that the couple had been arguing over money.
