to give British citizens a vote for life. “I have a very personal interest in the abolition of the so-called 15-year ruling as I have lived here in Mallorca for 16 years, and as such I am now disenfranchised from voting in the UK general elections,” said Peter Newey, representative of the Mallorca branch. “There are so many issues that British people living overseas are
