THE change of government in Madrid means that there is a new Spanish government representative in Andalucia. Rodríguez Gómez de Celis who will be 48 in July is a long-time member of the PSOE and a vocal supporter of new Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez when he stood for election as leader of the socialist party.
