Synopsis: NPC New Planetary Civilization The New Planetary Civilization is planned in three stages: 1. The first stage is embodied by the autobiography of Pearl Rollin Ralainarivo in Paris, Switzerland and RhĂ´ne-Alpes. 2. The second stage is embodied in the development of aerospace and artificial intelligence in space. 3. The third stage is embodied in the global economy, planetary energy, and the global environment. First stage:  1952: The European Organization for Nuclear Research, also known as the European Laboratory for Particle Physics and commonly referred to as CERN (named after the European Council for Nuclear Research, a provisional body set up in 1952), is the most large particle physics center of the world.

Second stage: Various forms of artificial intelligence (I.A. is the ÂŤ search for ways to equip computer systems with intellectual capabilities comparable to those of human beings Âť) are developing rapidly across the globe. This raises many fundamental questions: how, for example, will artificial intelligence upset man? According to strong and quite numerous scientists, the development of the artificial intelligence will progressively reach then exceed the level of the human brain.

The airline logos are also used to provide a distinctive brand image for commercial reasons. The logos must also combine powerful symbols of national identity while being acceptable for an international market: national flag, symbol or element of it.

From 1969, the Concorde with its hundred passengers flies from Paris to New York in three hours at a speed of a 2, 200km/h. 1988: The Airbus A320. This European plane is piloted by means computer. Nowadays, the Airbus A380, can carry many more passengers. The planes are bigger and better equipped. Titanium steels are used to manufacture the light but dimensionally stable plates of supersonic aircraft.

At the 2017 Dubai Air Show, Airbus successfully placed 430 of its A320neo and A321neo medium-haul aircraft in Indigo Partners investment fund.

Third stage: The third stage is embodied in the global economy, planetary energy, and the global environment (GEEE). 41


The Planetary Economy The global economy is the economy in which all the natural and human resources – present and potential – of the planet are enhanced by powers applying rules controlled by the license, to satisfy the needs and aspirations of all human beings. It is a rational model describing, in quantitative and operative terms, the planetary development plan. This through space conquest, logic of global application and growth, is a planetary state of humanity supported by the universal movement and the New Planetary Civilization (NPC).

Planetary Energy August 7, 1959: Explorer 7, launched by the Americans, carries the first instruments to study the climate. A meteorological experience in space is performed aboard an American satellite. It measures solar radiation touching the Earth and reflecting in space. This balance is important because it affects the climate of the globe.

September 1992: The Topex-Poseidon mission begins collecting data on the oceans with unprecedented details. More than 30 new satellites are planned, some likely to detect 32 to 256 different bands of wavelength. World Wide Views allows citizens to be part of public decisions. It is the organization of a global citizen debate on climate and energy. The final report was on September 26, 2015 at the United Nations General New York, whose agreement is to limit global warming to 2 degrees and take immediate climate action for significant reductions in greenhouse gas emissions greenhouse effect by the end of the century.

The Global Environnent April 12 to 14, 1981: The US shuttle Columbia is placed in Earth orbit, during which observations of the Earth are made. The global environment is approached in terms of change. In short, it is the scale, the modalities and the reality of the phenomenon. 2001: It is the Birth of the Universe. In other words, it is man and the planetary environment; and scales of observation and the planetary environment.
