TRADING TERMS - APRIL 2025
Terms & Conditions
This pricelist replaces all other pricing and negotiated price lists.
All accounts 30 days net calendar month after acceptance by Eurolinx Pty Ltd & Worldwide Appliances Pty Ltd.
Special orders are not refundable and cannot be cancelled after being signed for.
Overdue accounts will not be supplied with products or spare parts. Damages:
No good returns will be accepted after 60 days of invoice date.
Goods returned will not be accepted unless packaged in original packaging and accompanied by a copy of the original delivery docket and return authorisation number for credit return which must be obtained from Eurolinx Pty Ltd & Worldwide Appliances Pty Ltd Head Office before dispatch of return goods.
A restocking fee for all goods returned will be applied at 25% Gross Value if the damage is deemed to be not the fault of Eurolinx Pty Ltd & Worldwide Appliances Pty Ltd.
Retail prices are suggestive only and there is no obligation to comply with recommendation. Prices charged will be those ruling on the date of delivery.
All goods are delivered free of charge, into the store or warehouse only. There is no delivery service into the customers home. The property in the items are subject of Eurolinx & Worldwide Appliances invoices and shall not pass until the customer has paid for each item.
If the customer sells the goods before paying the company in full it does so as Fiduciary agent of the company and will hold any proceeds from sale for the company.
The customer has no right to bind the company to any liability (by contract or otherwise) to any third party.
The customer will receive all proceeds whether tangible or intangible direct or any dealing with the goods of the company has been discharged. The company has the power to appropriate payments to such goods as accounts as it thinks fit not withstanding any appropriation by a customer to the contrary.
No claim will be recognised unless advised within 14 days of receipt of goods.
