Despite the challenges of this year, we have soldiered on as a company, and I would like to thank each and every one for your efforts that have contributed to the stability of the business. More so, we are at this point in our lives because all of us have chosen to make Eton a safe workplace. Your eagerness to protect yourselves, as well as your families, has made us reach 96% vaccination rate and claim herd immunity. Recently, it secured a five-year office leasing contract extension with one of their tenants at Centris Cyberpod Five in Eton Centris, Quezon City. This contract extension covers a total area of 2,300 square meters or an entire floor.
Other than the contract extension, Eton Properties is also in discussion with multiple BPO companies that are eyeing Centris Cyberpod Five to be their new office address. The PEZA-accredited building has a 42,000 square meters office space. Its strategic location and accessibility to transport hubs makes Centris Cyberpod Five an ideal office space for businesses and professionals alike.

QC LGU grants safety seals to Eton developments Eton Properties guarantees safe shopping, dining, and doing business in its developments in Quezon City. Last September, the QC local government unit granted Safety Seals to the BPO-IT lifestyle hub—Eton Centris, underlining the company’s commitment to maintain the safety of its clients and stakeholders. The Safety Seal Certification Program is an accreditation scheme confirming that an establishment was inspected by the government and deemed compliant with the minimum public health standards. This seal is the public’s assurance that the establishment they are entering is safe and actively enforcing health protocols.
The commercial areas and office buildings in the Eton Centris complex, including Centris Walk, Centris Station, and Centris Cyberpods One, Two, Three, and Five, were granted the Safety Seals, issued by the local government. The Safety Seals issued are only valid for six months upon the date of issuance. The seals are renewable, as long as the establishments continue to meet the requirements. This means that the public can be assured that the establishments at Eton Centris are constantly being monitored and checked to see if they are following the health and safety guidelines.

Artwork exhibits of creative inmates Eton Properties, in partnership with the Bureau of Corrections through art gallery and curio shop, Puesto Manila, hosted a collective exhibit of artist-inmates at at the PNB Financial Center in Pasay City and Eton WestEnd Square in Makati City from November 17 to December 17. Dubbed Art is Freedom: A Dream of Christmas, it highlights the artworks of artist-inmates as they dream about coming home for the holidays. The paintings also
tackle their simple life stories including their role in the community before being confined behind bars. All featured artworks are up for sale after the exhibit. Proceeds will go directly to the BuCor-SoFa artists for the expenses on art materials, books, and school facilities upgrade. Eton & QC LGU award most creative parols Eton Properties, together with the Quezon City local government unit (LGU) led by the Office of the Vice Mayor, awarded last December 13 the winners of a Christmas lantern making contest called, “Kumukutikutitap: A Hopeful and Golden Pinoy Christmas.” Barangay Pasong Tamo was named the grand winner while Barangays Pansol and Krus na Ligas got the second and third places, respectively. Due to the creativity of their parols, Special Distinction Awards were given to Barangays Kamuning, Payatas, Pasong Putik, San
Antonio, and Santa Cruz. Consolation prizes were also handed to Barangays Tandang Sora, Pansol, Payatas, Fairview, Botocan, Culiat, Bagong Pag-asa, and Bagong Silangan. Meanwhile, Barangay Pansol (C)’s parol won the People’s Choice Award for garnering 10,000 Facebook Likes and Reactions during the voting period. The sparkling night was graced by QC Mayor Joy Belmonte, QC Vice Mayor Gian Sotto, Eton Properties COO Karlu Tan Say, and Eton Properties EVP Engr. Charlie Carlos.

Eton Properties received Special Recognition in Environment, Social, Governance (ESG) at the recently concluded 9th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Philippines) as it continues to strengthen its commitment to the environment and sustainability efforts. Apart from its Special Recognition in ESG, Eton Properties’ Blakes Tower in Makati City was also hailed as a Highly Commended Awardee for Best Mega Mixed Use Development in the 9th Philippines Property Awards. Blakes Tower is a product of Eton Properties’ vision to provide a vertical township concept with especially curated components such as office, residential and dormitory units in a single development. Eton Centris celebrates ‘Funtastic’ Halloween on social media Just because kids are advised to stay home doesn’t mean they can’t celebrate Halloween. Keeping them and the kids-atheart in mind, Eton Centris ran “Funtastic Halloween” campaigns that were launched on Facebook and TikTok. The “Funtastic Howl-O-Win” photo contest encouraged kids, with the supervision of their parents/guardians, to show off their favorite Halloween costume. Meanwhile, the “Funtastic Halloween TikTok Challenge” paved way for content creators to show off their creativity.
