MULTIPLE APPLICATIONS CO-EXTRUSION
Corrugated pipes are highly versatile, ideal for both domestic and industrial applications. They can be used in environments with increased fire risks, casted in concrete, or installed in cavity walls and ceilings.
Our conduits can be manufactured with an inner layer that offers outstanding gliding properties, greatly improving wire threading and shortening installation times. This technology enhances the overall efficiency and functionality of our corrugated pipes.

Each conduit entry point is equipped with a removable cap, protecting the interior from debris and dust to ensure a safe installation. These inlets accommodate different conduit diameters, available in 16mm, 20mm, and 25mm sizes.

Single wall boxes feature inner rings that allow easy height adjustments, adding up to an additional 15mm. These inner rings are user-friendly and enhance the box’s adaptability to various installation needs. Option 1: steel plates with holes allow screwing into wooden or metal studs. Option 2: steel plates with metal pegs enable quick hammering into wooden studs. Option 3: boxes without steel plates can be screwed or nailed directly to studs through side holes. These adaptable solutions ensure secure and quick installation every time.

MULTI FUNCTION
Lime series wall and ceiling boxes are designed for both on-site concrete casting and building with prefabricated concrete elements.
HIGH BOXES
The series offers a variety of high boxes and junction/ceiling boxes in sizes ranging from 60mm to 75mm, providing ample space for connections. Some wall boxes include inner rings, allowing further height adjustments. The ETM754S box, with a 45mm depth from inlet to edge, is ideal for installing piping above reinforcements, saving both time and effort during installation.
INLET ATTACHMENTS
The boxes offer versatile inlet options, including fixed inlets and attachment inlets designed for corrugated pipes with diameters of 20mm and 25mm. These sizes are commonly used in concrete casting.
EASY MOUNTING
Bushing insulators are utilised in concrete casting to facilitate transitions from the ceiling to partition walls. Fastened by nailing to the mould, they remain securely in place during casting. Once the mould is removed, the nails detach along with it, simplifying the process.
PROTECTION CAP
The casting cap, included with the bushing, effectively prevents concrete from entering the conduit during the casting process. This ensures that the conduit remains clear and unobstructed.
PRODUCT RANGE
Bushing insulators are available in Ø16mm, Ø20mm, and Ø25mm sizes, including a specially designed 5-way bushing for distribution boxes. This versatile design ensures efficient conduit management and distribution.
