OUR PROCESS COMMUNICATION We welcome communication throughout the process. Scheduled phone calls and/or meetings will be included throughout each project timeline. Additional communication is welcomed via email - we feel strongly that each project is a partnership, and our process reflects that!
OWNERSHIP Upon payment of final invoice, the client owns all rights to final work product.
REFINEMENT Refinement opportunity is included for each deliverable. We prioritize communication and efficiency throughout the process, ensuring we have a strong idea of the direction you envision, paried with what we recommend for your target audience. Due to this process, we typically see clients requesting one round of minor refinements, keeping the process efficitent for busy teams, but we welcome all thoughts and feedback, ensuring your brand development is successful, long term solution.
