MANAGING GEN Z IN THE WORKPLACE Managing this cohort is understanding the gen z workplace culture. Here are a few tips: Give them clear instructions and expectations. Make sure they understand what is expected of them and the deadlines.

Be patient with them – it may take longer for them to complete tasks than older generations.
