Terms of Sale Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express; Advance Payment on all in stock orders or product that ships within 30 days of order placement. All other orders- payment is due upon shipping; We do not accept C.O.D. shipments. Orders may be subject to cancellation if payment information can not be obtained by EtchLife, L.L.C. after several contacts, up to the time of planned ship date.

Order cancellations at the request of the customer must be submitted in written format via email 24 hours prior to shipdate.

Minimums All prices and minimums subject to change without notice. Any minimum order quantities are listed in the catalog. Units ordered under the minimum unit or not in appropriate multiples will be adjusted to the next multiple. Minimum opening order: $250. Minimum reorder: $100.

Shipping F.O.B. Kansas City, MO. Default shipment methods are USPS or UPS. Orders larger in size or weight maybe delivered via common carrier.

Customer Order Pickup

Upon notification that the order(s) are ready for pickup, the customer must schedule and confirm a pick-up appointment date and time. If product is not picked up within 2 business days of scheduled appointment, customer may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Backorders

You will be notified of any backorders and they will be cancelled unless specified; backorders under $50 are subject to automatic cancellation.

Damages and Claims All discrepancies and claims must be reported to EtchLife, L.L.C. within 10 days of receipt of goods.

Freight damages should be filed with the carrier.

Returns are not accepted without prior approval, and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus shipping/freight. Claims on single items $50 or greater in value will require photos supporting the claim to receive full credit. Because several of EtchLife, L.L.C products are hand crafted; there will be some variations in color, texture and finish, as well as slight irregularities. These are not considered flaws or defects.
