STOCK & STORAGE Etag provides a full range of Unistrut, Marco and Caddy stock as requested by our customers. All products are stored securely against the elements including channel and bracketry. Different finishes will be tagged and marked in agreement with our customer. Delivery of standard items will be within 24 hours from time of official order number with fabricated elements within agreed timescales. Non standard products will be processes on an individual basis and delivery dates will be given. A full paper/ electronc trail will be available.
FABRICATION SCHEDULE From signed off drawings, we create a bill of materials. Issue bill of materials to machine shop for picking. Issue work’s instructions: - Statement of tolerances. - Job sheet of drawings. - A secondary check of materials is complete - The customer engineer approves that all materials, tolerances, etc are correct. Random checks are done to ensure that all materials, tolerances, etc are correct. On completion, the quality and quantity are checked. Materials packages as per specification. Materials presented for dispatch.
MATERIAL DELIVERY & STORAGE Channel will be delivered to site in bundles marked with tags showing the following: - Unistrut identification. - Section name. - Gauge. - Finish. - The ends of the channel will be shrink wrapped. Pallets will be shrink wrapped and a picking list attached. Labels will be attached to the deliveries with the following information: - Company name. - Conpany contact name & number. - Company order number. - Delivery address. - Etag Sales Order Number. All delivery dockets will be stamped with an inspection stamp.
CONTRACTOR RELATIONSHIP Constant reviews will be made during the contract to ensure that Etag has performed on supply and service. It is important that communication is open at all times before, during and after the project.
COMMERCIAL TERMS Commercial terms will be agreed in line with scope and detail of the project requirements.
DESIGN Etag will offer in conjunction with Unistrut engineering, design and drawing support with ongoing site technical & design software support.
WARRANTY Etag Support Systems will provide local logistics and on-site technical support during the duration of the project
HEALTH & SAFETY All employees are covered under the Health & Safety At Work Act 1974 (UK) and Safety, Health & Welfare Act 2005 (Ireland).
