Metal Frame Systems

SFS infill systems provide cladding support for the internal and external structural frame on commercial, industrial, healthcare, educational and residential buildings. With a wide range of sections from 70mm -300mm and 0.5mm to 3mm in guage thickness.

The frame can be made to measure to specifications and will be supplied ready to be assembled on site. Etag can provide local logistics and on site support during the project, linking with a design team to find the most appropriate and cost effective solution.

Cement Board Y-Wall

Y-wall is a high-quality flexible calcium silicate based fibre cement building board, perfect for use as a fire rated sheathing board. Offering excellent fire properties as well as high levels of dimensional stability, Y-wall is an exceptional board for use in multiple applications.

Y-wall is used primarily as a fire rated sheathing board or building board. Used extensively on both steel frame and timber frame structures, Y-wall is used behind all types of facade solutions, as well in ceilings offering a non-combustible classification.

Insulation

ROCKWOOL cladding solutions offer lightweight thermal, fire and acoustic cladding insulation suitable for external wall and roof applications. These include ventilated façade systems and builtup metal wall and roof systems. The ROCKWOOL range of cladding insulation delivers excellent fire protection and soundproofing performance.

With friction-fit and tight joints, ROCKWOOL façade and external wall solutions simplify installation, supporting increased efficiency and reducing margin for error on-site.

ROCKWOOL provide solutions for the thermal, fire and acoustic insulation of external steel frame walls.

Solutions for masonry and ventilated facades are available. Thermal insulation is provided through insulation between the studs, as well as a sheathing board (RAINSCREEN DUO SLAB®) to further reduce Uvalues. PWCB and TCB solutions both prevent the spread of fire, and flanking noise in the cavity.
