Elevate Your Beauty Business
Hosted on Trena Laine’s exclusive online education platform, this program begins with a self-paced, on-demand curriculum featuring extensive theory and guided practical demonstrations. The first volume of your training allows you to build a strong foundation, on your schedule, while our 12-week structure keeps you aligned with class goals and milestones.
The online component includes six in-depth courses, each ending with a short but challenging exam to ensure mastery before moving on. You’ll explore topics such as Fundamentals, Advanced Skin Conditions, Bridal & Event Makeup, Fashion & Editorial Techniques, On-Camera Looks, Hairstyling Basics, Lash & Lip Applications, and a heavy introduction to Business & Career Planning.
Your hands-on learning continues with in-person workshops and curated photo shoots, preparing you to confidently work with real clients and navigate diverse professional settings. From understanding complex skin concerns to interpreting beauty trends responsibly, this diploma-accredited program equips you with both practical skills and career insight.
Whether you’re just starting out, have some experience, or are simply passionate about beauty, our Mastery Makeup Program is open to anyone ready to explore their potential and elevate growth within a supportive, industry-focused community.

FUNDAMENTALS OF PROFESSIONAL MAKEUP
Thoughtfully structured into four comprehensive modules, featuring 22 engaging lessons that blend expert theory with hands-on application. Through these in-depth theory lessons, you’ll build a strong foundation in skin analysis, product knowledge, and color theory, while also learning how to approach a wide range of client needs and expectations.

FASHION, EVENTS, AND INTRO TO HAIRSTYLING
From vintage glam to modern elegance, you’ll learn how to recreate and adapt historical looks for today’s weddings, themed events, and editorial shoots. We delve into the cultural influence and aesthetic of each time period, helping you develop a keen eye for detail and authenticity.

ADVANCED SKIN CONDITIONS AND CLIENT SITUATIONS

PHOTOGRAPHY MAKEUP - INTRO TO LIFESTYLE AND WEDDINGS
Master the art of creating flawless, camera-ready looks with our Professional Photography module. This course reveals insider techniques and key skills for achieving timeless results across a range of lighting conditions—from soft natural light to controlled studio setups.

In-Person Workshops
Following weeks into your online training, we will be meeting in person to gain further technical skillsets with your coaches all under one roof.
We begin to shape your branding and marketing needs while allowing you to learn and understand certain techniques with your makeup and intro to hair-styling applications. From full-face makeup applications to styling hair, you begin to experience services you may provide including and not limited to fashion, wedding, corporate, commercial, and lifestyle such as grad or maternity. We also encourage capturing content for your social needs along the way and sharing some insight on how to shamelessly promote yourself during our time together.

This exclusive, one-day workshop is designed to elevate your portfolio and brand identity before you even graduate. We’ll work with you to identify your niche, define your signature style, and coach you on how to position yourself as a standout artist in a competitive market.
You’ll be assigned two professional models and will create one signature look per model—your time to shine as an artist. The focus is on clean, high-impact headshots that highlight your makeup and hairstyling skills. These images will be yours to use across social media, your website, business cards, and any promotional content.
