Blasting

Many residents in the area have been feeling small tremors during weekdays and have been asking what are they. The construction industry uses blasting of Crushed limestone which is an essential ingredient in concrete, asphalt and cement. The blasting is being done in Dade County just south of the Dade/Broward County line. In fact the Sunset Lakes community had major blasting done in the mid 90’s to create our numerous lakes and to ll in the soft ground for the construction of homes.
