Can Santacilia es un proyecto residencial de 3300 m2 con 15 viviendas y zonas comunes. Se trata de una cuidadosa reforma de dos edificios situados en el corazón del casco antiguo de Palma de Mallorca en el que hemos participado con la creación de las cocinas y las coladurías de cada vivienda.
Las cocinas, de la marca Modulnova, han sido creadas para integrarse en el ambiente histórico del edificio conjugado con esencia mediterránea. Para ello hemos utilizado materiales naturales como la encimera de piedra natural Gris Zarci.
Can Santacilia is a 3,300 m2 residential project with 15 dwellings and common areas. It is a careful renovation of two buildings located in the heart of the old town of Palma de Mallorca in which we have participated with the creation of the kitchens and utility rooms of each house.
The kitchens, from Modulnova, have been created to integrate into the historical atmosphere of the building that is combined with a Mediterranean essence. For this we have used natural materials such as the Gris Zarci natural stone countertop.

Se están construyendo un total de nueve unidades únicas con espacios tan grandes que constituyen nueve villas privadas, desde los 200m2 de superficie interiores hasta los 500m2. En Espacio hemos participado con la propuesta de mobiliario, cocinas, vinotecas y coladurías.
El diseño interior con su forma orgánica en combinación con los materiales naturales, son cuidadosamente seleccionados para cumplir con el más alto estándar internacional. Con la cocina de Cocinart se demuestra que nada se deja al azar.
A total of nine unique units are being built with spaces so large that they constitute nine private villas, from 200m2 of interior surface area to 500m2. In Espacio we have participated with the proposal of furniture, kitchens, wine cabinets and laundry rooms.
The interior design with its organic shape in combination with the natural materials, are carefully selected to meet the highest international standard. With kitchen from Cocinart it shows that nothing is left to chance.

The magnificent Ever One development is located in Cala Mayor. The flats offer panoramic views of the coast and the sea. The development consists of 37 flats with a modern and mediterranean style in which we have participated with the furnishing of show flats, the design of kitchens, fittings and bathroom furniture.
The design of the furniture combines the quality of the pieces with the Mediterranean style that is reflected in every detail.

Paral·lel es un proyecto residencial situado en el barrio de la Bonanova. El proyecto consta de dos bloques independientes con 12 viviendas en los que disfrutar del ideal suburbano de sostenibilidad, eficiencia energética y privacidad con jardín e incluso piscina privada. Las viviendas, resueltas en duplex, son 6 en planta baja con jardín y piscina y 6 áticos con piscina en la azotea.
Las cocinas, de la marca Cocinart, ha sido creada con la intención de que sea una cocina minimalista, pero a la vez acogedora y cálida. Para ello hemos utilizado materiales naturales sostenibles y de calidad para crear estructuras como la encimera de piedra natural y los muebles modulares con perfiles lacados en gris.
Paral·lel is a residential project located in the Bonanova neighbourhood. The project consists of two independent blocks with 12 homes in which to enjoy the suburban ideal of sustainability, energy efficiency and privacy with a garden and even a private swimming pool. The homes, which are duplexes, are 6 on the ground floor with a garden and swimming pool and 6 penthouses with a rooftop swimming pool.
The kitchens, from the Cocinart brand, have been created with the intention of being minimalist, but at the same time cosy and warm. To achieve this, we have used natural, sustainable and quality materials to create structures such as the natural stone worktop and the modular furniture with grey lacquered profiles.

Lonja de Mar es un proyecto residencial completamente restaurado de 4 viviendas situado frente al histórico edificio de la Lonja de Palma. Hemos participado con la creación de las cocinas, vinotecas, baños y coladurías de cada vivienda. Además, de una propuesta de interiorismo y mobiliario principalmente de Molteni para el piso piloto.
Las cocinas, de nuestra marca propia Cocinart, han sido creadas para integrarse en el ambiente histórico del edificio conjugado con esencia mediterránea. Para ello hemos utilizado materiales naturales como la encimera de piedra natural Gris Zarci.
The “Lonja de Mar” is a completely restored residential project consisting of four homes located in front of the historic Lonja de Palma building. We have been involved in the creation of the kitchens, wine cellars, bathrooms, and laundry rooms in each home. In addition, we have provided an interior design proposal and furniture, primarily from Molteni, for the show flat.
Our kitchens, from our own brand Cocinart, have been designed to seamlessly blend into the historical ambiance of the building while embracing a Mediterranean essence. To achieve this, we have used natural materials, such as the Grey Zarci natural stone countertop.

In the heart of the old town of Palma, an iconic Art Nouveau-style building has been reinvented for a modern and elegant life. Bosseria consists of 7 apartments for which Espacio has designed the kitchens and utility rooms.

Contamos con un equipo exclusivamente dedicado al servicio de Contract. Un equipo de más de 10 personas compuesto por comerciales, project managers, técnicos y diseñadores de cocinas y living.
Más allá del diseño y la construcción, solventamos toda la gestión y posibles incidencias que ocurran a lo largo del proceso. Además, atendemos y ofrecemos un servicio personalizado al cliente final que compra la vivienda. Y en última instancia, realizamos Home Staging de pisos piloto.
We have a team exclusively dedicated to the Contract service. A team of more than 10 people made up of sales representatives, project managers, technicians and kitchen and living designers.
Beyond the design and construction, we solve all the management and possible incidents that occur throughout the process. In addition, we attend to and offer a personalised service to the end client who buys the property. Ultimately, we carry out home staging of show flats.
