L’objectif premier de cette exposition c’est de confirmer à tisser des liens entre les artistes des communautés ethnoculturels avec le grand public et les institutions culturelles. Surtout Li Shi est un artiste talentueux et accompli dans son domaine et pourtant peu connu dans son pays d’accueil pour toutes les raisons. ESPACE D’EXPRESSIONS ET DE CRÉATION Fondé en 2006, Espace d’Expressions et de Création est un organisme à but non lucratif qui a pour mission de mettre la diversité sous les projecteurs dans tout son sens: il favorise la promotion et le rayonnement de l’art à travers des expositions d’art visuel dans des lieux publics et accessibles. L’organisme est reconnu et appuyé par le Conseil des arts de Montréal et le Groupe 3737. Shi,Li (Shi,zhigang): Contemporary artist, poet. Born in China. Lives and works in Montreal, Canada. Postgraduate from the Capital Normal University in Beijing, majoring in materials and techniques of classical oil painting and tempera. His works have been exhibited and awarded internationally (U. S., Canada, Germany, Australia, etc.), collected and represented by museums, galleries and other art institutions. Director and Deputy Secretary General of Hebei Oil Painting Society. Member of Table Ronde sur l'Art of Town of MontRoyal, Espace d'Expressions et de Création, Canada, Hebei Provincial Art Association, Composition Association. His artwork and poems have been included in different publications, such as “Hebei Arts Literature” (1978-2011), “The Contemporary Oil Painting-Youth Album”, “The Construction Knowledge a + a”, “Hebei Youth Poetic Canon”, “Hebei Poems” (1978-2011), “The Chinese Poetry”, etc.

Shi,Li (Shi,zhigang): Artiste contemporain, poète. Né en Chine. Vit et travaille à Montréal, Canada. Troisième cycle de la Capital Normal University à Beijing, se mettant en majeure dans les matériaux et les techniques de la peinture à l’huile classique et de la tempera. Ses œuvres ont été exposées et récompensées à l’échelle internationale (États-Unis, Canada, Allemagne, Australie, etc.), collectionées et représentées par des musées, des galeries et d’autres institutions artistiques. Directeur et secrétaire général adjoint de la Hebei Oil Painting Society. Membre de la Table Ronde sur l’Art de la Ville de Mont-Royal, Espace d’Expressions et de Création, Canada, Hebei Provincial Art Association, Composition Association. Les œuvres d’art et les poèmes de Hi ont été inclus dans différentes publications, telles que « Hebei Arts Literature » (1978-2011), « The Contemporary Oil Painting-Youth Album », « The Construction Knowledge a + a », « Hebei Youth Poetic Canon », « Hebei Poems » (1978-2011), « The Chinese Poetry », etc.
