Testing

What tests do we do? /When are the tests?

• Tests are every Friday to check your understanding.

Teaching

• Teachers change classes every six weeks so students can hear different accents and learn from different teachers.

Level Changes

What happens if the level is too easy/difficult?

• Ifyou feel that your class is too easy or too difficult, please speak to the teacher. Itis normal to feel that the class is a little difficult at the beginning of your course –our classes might be very different from how you studied in your country.

ATTENDANCE /PUNCTUALITY

• Please let your teacher know if you are unable to attend the class for any reason. Students are encouraged to arrive on time. You need at least 85% attendance. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the teacher will ask you to wait till after the break to enter class. If you are late, you disrupt other students.

• Your attendance falls below 90% at any point during your studies.

• You miss more than two consecutive days of school
