All applications sent after April 1, 2014 require full payment. Online enrollment available at esfcamps.com/Moorestown.
If you would like your child grouped with a specific friend, please write the friend’s name and home phone number on the application. Grouped campers MUST be entering the same grade next fall.
For the health and safety of all campers, no child will be allowed to attend camp without a completed ESF Health History Record on file. After enrollment, this form will be mailed to you and must be returned prior to camp.
To maintain a low camper to staff ratio and to ensure a quality experience for your child, applications are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
If you’d like to organize your own car pool, please check the appropriate box on the application. In May, interested parents will receive a contact list of other families in their town who are also interested in carpooling.
All campers will receive an official camp t-shirt. Please circle your child’s shirt size on the attached application.
Campers may bring their lunch and drink to camp which we refrigerate, or they can participate in our lunch program for an additional cost of $37.50/week. To sign up, please check the appropriate box on the application.

Campers are provided with a snack and juice each day. Water coolers and fountains are easily accessible to campers throughout the day.

All important camp-related materials will be distributed at Camp Orientation which will take place in late May or early June. Your attendance is highly recommended to help make your child’s transition into camp as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Orientation dates and times will be mailed in May.
If you and your child would like to meet with us or have a tour of our camp facilities, please call us anytime at 856.235.5300.
All cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by April 1, 2014, and are subject to a $50 processing fee per child. No refunds after April 1, 2014. No refunds for late arrival, early dismissal, vacations, illness, or injury. Changes in enrolled weeks are based upon availability and must be made on or before April 1, 2014.

Please complete both sides of this application, sign the back of the form and return it with a $300 deposit per camper. Due to the camps’ unique format, enrollment is limited. You are encouraged to sign up early. Applications will be accepted on a firstcome, first-serve basis, and enrollment is determined by postmark date. If all of your requested weeks are available, you will receive a confirmation notice in the mail. If any of your requested weeks are filled, we will contact you and you will have the option to be placed on our waiting list.
Please note: Full payment of the tuition is required for all applications sent after April 1, 2014.
