Expertly designed for exploring and expanding innate talents and curiosities. Every program held to the highest standards of quality and education.
More than a summer, a yearround operation. Guided every step of the way by the cutting edge standards and practices of the best-run organizations in the world. From curriculum design and training, to safety and security, the ESF program raises the bar in camp excellence.
Since 1982, Michael and Bill Rouse have operated ESF Summer Camps like the family it is. And for generations, our unique traditions and life-long memories continue to connect our growing family of happy campers. For life.

Our all-adult, full-time and seasonal staff is a dynamic team of certified teachers, graduate & undergraduate students, and experts representing various professions. With a low camper to counselor ratio, it’s the finest collaboration of educators brought together for the premier summer camp experience.

Only the best will do for our campers. Acres of beautiful summer amenities, indoor and out. A field for all sports. A pool for swimmers. A facility for all activities. A stone’s throw away.

“The ESF counselors were the most well trained, responsible and responsive group I’ve ever encountered in any of my children’s camp experiences.” – Mrs. Woushner

WE TRANSFORM THE PRISTINE CAMPUS OF GEORGETOWN PREP SCHOOL EACH SUMMER INTO A WONDERFULLY WELCOMING CAMP SETTING OFFERING EXCEPTIONAL, AUTHENTIC CAMP EXPERIENCES THAT EVOKE LASTING, TREASURED MEMORIES.
HOME TO A COMMUNITY OF CHILDREN AND STAFF THAT FEATURES EXTENSIVE INDOOR AND OUTDOOR FACILITIES AND PROVIDES THE PERFECT SETTING FOR CAMPERS OF ALL AGES TO LEARN AND GROW. A SAFE, FUN AND COMFORTABLE ENVIRONMENT. A PLACE TO RUN, PLAY AND EXPLORE, RAIN OR SHINE. COMPLETE WITH AN INDOOR SWIMMING POOL, ENDLESS ATHLETIC FIELDS, STATE-OF-THE-ART ATHLETIC COMPLEX AND MAIN ARENA, CLASSROOMS, ART STUDIOS, CAFETERIA, THEATER AND MORE.

“ESF is a wonderful environment. My kids feel safe, happy and secure enough to try new things. They could not wait to get to camp each day.”
– Mrs. Drossman

NO TWO CAMPERS ARE ALIKE. AND FROM ONE YEAR TO THE NEXT THEIR INTERESTS AND CURIOSITIES CHANGE AND GROW. THEIR SUMMER EXPERIENCES SHOULD, AS WELL. ESF’S SUMMER PROGRAMS PLAY AT MANY LEVELS, WITH EACH LEVEL DESIGNED TO APPEAL TO ITS SPECIFIC AGE GROUP. SO EVERY CAMP, AT EVERY AGE, PROMISES SOMETHING NEW. BECAUSE ONE SIZE DOES NOT FIT ALL.
