PRESCHOOL LEARN, GROW, PLAY!
Tiny Tots Preschool prepares your little one for kindergarten by encouraging exploration, academic development, and positive social interaction. Designed with learning in mind, the curriculum is based on California Common Core Standards. Children often learn through play, therefore classroom activities include a variety of music, creative movement, art, science, social interaction, cultural awareness, language, math, pre-writing, pre-reading, field trips, and dramatic play. Little Tots and Super Tots are continuous, yearlong programs that are divided into monthly classes for ease of payment. Therefore, participants are enrolled for the duration of the 2020/2021 school year provided they maintain their eligibility.

120 Woodward Avenue (760) 839-4535 2020/2021 SCHOOL-YEAR REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Due to COVID, it is important that we take extra safety measures to ensure the safety of not only your child, but the staff. The following are modifications we have made in the classroom: In order to keep stable groups of 12 or less, only students and staff are allowed in the classroom. Staff will be wearing face coverings during class and it is encouraged that your child wear a face mask, but it is not a requirement. We have added additional breaks to wash our hands and in order to practice social distancing, there will be limited chairs at the tables and children will sit on colored assigned play spots during circle time. Although temperature checks will be conducted daily, we please ask that you keep your child home if they are feeling sick. We have built in additional time before, during, and after class to properly clean and disinfect high-touch areas, tables, chairs, toys, and equipment.

Please keep up the great work to “Support local, Shop Local”! The City of Escondido adopted a Business Recovery Strategy in May, which includes a toolkit to support businesses City-wide to operate outdoors, on sidewalks, and in parking areas in order to respond to COVID-19 restrictions. In August, the City continued the existing measures and adopted new measures to support local organizations to operate in City parks and created a framework of flexibility for the City and businesses to adapt to the updated Public Health Orders. The toolkit is essential in supporting our local business community to rise above and shift from surviving to thriving during the pandemic. Please keep up the great work to “Support local, Shop Local” locally-spent dollars are reinvested in the community to support businesses and City services.
