Final Transcript (Post-Graduation): For National Applications, graduated Learners MUST request their final Transcripts directly from the Academic Secretary (Registrar). For International Applications, the college counselors will send the official final transcript to universities.

The College & Career Counseling Team at Escola Concept is the ONLY office authorized to:
Send official transcripts, predicted grades, school profiles, and GPA verifications directly to universities.
Write and submit Letters of Recommendation (LORs) from Concept educators and counselors confidentially.
Communicate with university admissions teams on behalf of learners to confirm their school-based context and credentials
Provide contextual insights about our curriculum, grading system, and learner performance to admissions officers.
Advocate for learners after applications are submitted, clarifying any concerns admissions teams may have and vouching for the student during the review process.
External consultants are NOT permitted to access, modify, or influence any of these official school procedures. The integrity and accuracy of academic records, recommendations, and school-submitted materials are fundamental to the success of each application.

WORKING WITH EXTERNAL CONSULTANTS: WHAT FAMILIES NEED TO KNOW
At Escola Concept, we respect each family's decision regarding external college advising. However, transparency and collaboration are crucial to ensuring the best outcomes. If a learner chooses to work with a private consultant, we strongly encourage open communication between all parties to avoid confusion, missed deadlines, or conflicting strategies.
What Private Consultants CAN Do:
Assist learners in refining their college list, though this is also a core service provided by the school-based counselor.
Help families plan financially by explaining tuition costs, scholarship opportunities, and budgeting for applications.
Provide extra hours of personalized coaching and mentoring beyond the scope of school counseling sessions.
Offer more detailed extracurricular planning for families who want deeper engagement in activity development.
Assist in filling out application forms and coordinating time management strategies for deadlines.
