Drawing is a good way to remember the new vocabulary for the kids. In this third term we are trying to learn about different families of animals (jungle, farm, sea, pet) and guess the different sounds of each animal. In this term we’ve started with the natural handwriting!

Moreover we do some symbolic learning activities like theatre to explain the family.

We rock!!!

During this course, we have worked all the seasons using a tree with four faces: autumn, winter, spring and now… it’s time for summer!

The last weeks we have learnt some body parts, specifically, face parts: eyes, nose, mouth, ears and hair. We’ve also danced Head, shoulders, knees and toes song.

In Cicle Superior we tried to encourage the kids to speak, understand and listen to the language, because these are the most difficult parts of learning a new language. Using games like (bingo, k-boom, memory or who I am) we think that it is easier to reach that aim.

Moreover, each week we watch and read a piece of news to create an environment of knowledge about the world. The name of this website is (NEWS IN LEVELS).

Making groups or partners of learning is a good way to help each other and find a way to speak in English. Trying to bring material to manipulate we create our self-study learning.

In third and fourth grade we have reviewed some clothes from our book (Amazing Rooftops) with two activities. On the one hand, this activity consists in dressing up a girl or a boy using five dices.

On the other hand, we saw how the Carnival is around the world in the seven continents and then, they worked in group to dress up a girl or a boy and making a physical description.
