SWATHI SANAGAPATI
Swathi is a Hyderabad-based model and fashion & lifestyle content creator whose journey began with a simple love for dressing up and self-expression through style. What started as casual posts soon evolved into a creative platform where she seamlessly blends modeling with engaging content. Over time, growing collaborations and her audience's support encouraged her to pursue her passion more seriously. Today, Swathi’s work reflects a harmonious mix of creativity, dedication, and professionalism, making her a distinctive voice in the fashion and lifestyle space.
What inspired you to step into the fashion and lifestyle space?
Fashion has always been my form of selfexpression it’s how I tell my story without words. I was inspired by how powerful style can be in shaping confidence and identity. I also loved the idea of creating content that resonates with real women Over time, it became less about trends and more about authenticity. That’s what truly drew me into this space
How would you describe your personal style, and how has it evolved over time?
My personal style is a mix of elegant, feminine, and effortless Earlier, I experimented a lot with trends, trying to find what suited me best Over time, I’ve become more confident in choosing pieces that reflect my personality Now, I focus on timeless looks with a modern touch. Comfort and confidence play a big role in my styling today
What does fashion mean to you as a modern woman today? Fashion to me is a blend of comfort and stylistic elements It’s about balancing both feeling good while looking put together. As a modern woman, I don’t believe in compromising one for the other It’s about expressing yourself while staying comfortable in your own skin. That balance truly defines my style.
How did your Instagram journey start, and what keeps you motivated to create consistently?
My Instagram journey started with a simple Diwali post where I wore a saree, and it unexpectedly reached a wider audience I initially collaborated with a known brand, sourcing outfits and working with a professional photographer in traditional wear. I think people really connected with that side of me, and eventually brands started noticing me for collaborations. That growth and audience love keep me motivated to stay consistent.
Do you follow trends or prefer setting your own style narrative?
I believe in a balance of both While I stay aware of trends, I don’t follow them blindly. I like to adapt trends in a way that fits my personal style Creating my own narrative keeps my content authentic At the end of the day, I want my audience to relate to me, not just the trend
How do you balance your work as a content creator with being a mom?
Balancing both roles is definitely a learning process
Touchwood, I have a lot of support at home my husband is my biggest cheerleader, and my in-laws and parents have been incredibly helpful This allows me to manage even odd-time shoots without feeling overwhelmed. At the same time, I give myself grace on days when things don’t go as planned Being present for my child is my priority, and it’s all about finding a rhythm that works for both worlds
What kind of content connects the most with your audience, and why do you think that is?
Content that feels real and relatable connects the most with my audience. GRWM videos, styling tips, and everyday fashion are especially loved I think it’s because people enjoy content they can actually see themselves in. Being natural and honest makes a big difference. That authenticity helps build a stronger connection
You’ve recently embraced motherhood—how has this new phase changed your life and perspective?
Motherhood has been a beautiful and transformative journey for me It has made me more patient, mindful, and emotionally stronger At the same time, I strongly feel that becoming a mom shouldn’t change the way people look at you. You can still be yourself, follow your passions, and grow It’s just a new layer added to who you are.

SCORCHING SUMMER INDULGENCES
In the sweltering embrace of Hyderabad’s summer, the mango reigns supreme as the ultimate tropical elixir, a golden burst of sunshine that soothes scorched souls and ignites sweet cravings. From velvety milkshakes to decadent desserts, this king of fruits transforms into artisanal delights, blending Deccan richness with global flair. For the city’s discerning elite, mango season is a symphony of indulgence, where every bite whispers luxury amid the heat.

AltrEgoJUBILEE
Nestled in Jubilee Hills, Alter Ego is a playground of understated luxury, where minimalist lines, warm lighting, and a curated menu call to discerning diners who appreciate nuance over noise. At the heart of its mango repertoire is the Musterized Thai Mango Sticky Rice: steamed sticky rice, soaked in coconut milk and pandan, then blanketed with thick slices of Alphonso mango that release pools of honeyed juice. The mango here is not just an accent, it becomes the rhythm of the dish, with an added layer of toasted sesame and delicate mango foam that lifts the sweetness without overwhelming it. The other must-try, Mango, Mango La Rose French Toast, layers thick brioche with intensely mangoinfused egg custard, then finishes it with a rosewater-kissed mango glaze and fresh fruit petals, merging floral delicacy with tropical opulence.

Lili’sTheBohoCafé
NANDI HILLS
On the breezy slopes of Nandi Hills, Lili’s The Boho Café unfolds like an interior mood board come to life, bohemian textiles, rattan chairs, and lush greenery that frame a space designed for long, slow conversations and unhurried brunches. The Musterized Mango French Toast is the undisputed star: thick slices of brioche drenched in a mango-custard mix, griddled until crisp at the edges, then crowned with torched mango meringue and a swipe of mango foam that melts into the bread. What sets it apart is the interplay of textures, crisp shell, soft soak, and airy meringue, all threaded through with one clear, unmistakable mango identity. The Mango Matcha follows in the same spirit: matcha whisked into a smooth, grassy latte base, then swirled with chilled mango puree that creates a gradient of green and gold, turning the glass into a drinkable impressionist painting with every sip.

SpicyVenue
JUBILEE HILLS
Spicy Venue in Jubilee Hills wraps heat and humor into one bold persona, with interiors that feel like a stage set, red accents, open kitchens, and an energy that invites the city’s boldest palates. But it’s the mango desserts that offer a surprising counterpoint: Mangamma Mango Pudding takes the humble homestyle dessert and reimagines it for a refined clientele. Soft, wobbly layers of mango-infused milk and custard alternate with streaks of caramelized mango, then crown with saffron strands and slivers of pistachio, so that every spoonful reads both as memory and modernity. The Mango Delight sundae, on the other hand, layers creamy mango ice cream with spiced mango compote, a base of cardamom-infused rabri, and a final flourish of candied mango shards, turning dessert into a small, layered opera of texture and flavor.
Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad @spicyvenuehyd
With outposts in both Toli Chowki and Banjara Hills, Roastery Coffee House stitches together a narrative of coffee culture with a chef’s eye for seasonal ingredients. Here, the mango isn’t just a fruit, it’s a flavor backbone. The Musterized Mango Fattah Salad is a playful reinvention of the Middle Eastern classic: torn pita shards toasted until shattercrisp, then tossed with peppery arugula, tart feta, and generously diced mango, all brought together with a mustard-mango vinaigrette that straddles tang and sweetness. The mango holds everything together, its acidity cuts through the richness of the cheese, while its soft, juicy pockets lend a carnivalesque lightness. Alongside it, the Mango Cheesecake is pure indulgence: a dense, velvety base swirled with mango puree and topped with a gleaming mango glaze that sets like resin, making each bite a controlled release of tart and sweet.
TigerLilyBistro
JUBILEE HILLS
Tiger Lily Bistro in Jubilee Hills feels like stepping into a perfume ad, soft lighting, floral accents, and cushioned seating that prioritizes comfort without sacrificing style. The Mango Rasmalai French Toast is the menu’s quiet showstopper: airy brioche slices soaked in a milky, mango-infused batter, then griddled until the edges turn golden while the center stays pillowy soft. Topped with a small rasmalai ball and a drizzle of mango syrup, the dish marries the sweetness of Bengali dessert with the comfort of French toast, the mango acting as the unifying thread between the two. The Mango Cheesecake reinforces the narrative, its mangosoaked base topped with a quiver-thin mango glaze and a scattering of fresh mango cubes, striking a balance between cheese-laden richness and the clean, bright finish of the fruit.

BEGUMPET
In the quietly chic neighborhood of Begumpet, Khonsu carves out a refined corner that feels both contemporary and nostalgic, with understated aesthetics and a menu that leans into precision over posturing. The mango here is handled with neararchitectural care. The Mango Shop Pastry is a lesson in structure: flaky layers of buttery pastry encase a smooth mango diplomat cream, punctuated with bursts of mango caviar and a hint of citrus zest that keeps the sweetness in check. The mango isn’t just a garnish, it’s the centerpiece, sliced, puréed, and confited into a single, multi-dimensional bite. The Mango Tart follows the same philosophy: a shortcrust shell, filled with a silken mango custard, then finished with a glossy mango glaze and a crown of thinly sliced mango arranged in a floral pattern, each element calling attention to the fruit’s ripeness and texture.

Etsi
JUBILEE HILLS
Etsi in Jubilee Hills feels like a creative studio brought to life, hand-painted walls, repurposed antiques, and a menu that reads like a journal of culinary experiments. The Mango Thrillish is the embodiment of this spirit: a dessert-drink hybrid that layers mango sorbet with a rum-infused mango foam, then tops it with a sprinkle of chilimango caviar and a gelatinous mango “pop” on the side. The mango’s acidity is sharpened by the alcohol, but never dulled, making each spoonful feel like a tiny, controlled adventure. The Mango Fruit Pop, meanwhile, is a minimalist delight, frozen mango lollies with a hint of basil and lime, served in a tall glass that lets the fruit slowly unfurl as it melts, offering a refreshingly slow, almost meditative way to enjoy the season.
Habitat Café in Jubilee Hills is a sanctuary for those who treat wellness and aesthetics as a single pursuit. Vines cascade over metalwork, large windows flood the space with light, and the menu speaks to the health-conscious elite who still refuse to compromise on flavor. The Mango Panna Cotta here is a minimalist triumph: a smooth, quivering dome of coconut-mango panna that barely needs sugar, crowned with a slick of mango gelée and a scattering of passionfruit pearls. The mango’s freshness is the hero, unclouded by excess, turning the dessert into an almost meditative experience. The Mango Bowl, meanwhile, turns breakfast into an art piece: chilled mango chunks laid over a bed of coconut yogurt, chia pudding, and granola, with a scattering of edible flowers and seeds that underline the bistro’s commitment to texture and color.

Magnolia Bakery
JUBILEE HILLS
Magnolia Bakery in Jubilee Hills brings a slice of New York glamour to Hyderabad’s dining scene, with pristine counters, pastel hues, and a display of desserts that look good enough to frame. The Mango Cheesecake here is built around the fruit’s natural sweetness: a dense, classic base swirled generously with mango puree and topped with a mirror-smooth mango glaze and a ring of fresh mango cubes, each slice a visual and textural treat. The mango’s cheesecake pairing is deliberate—the creaminess tames the richness, while the inherent acidity keeps each bite from feeling cloying. The Mango Pudding Parfait takes a similar approach, layering mango pudding with whipped cream, mango cubes, and granola in a tall glass that invites the diner to navigate through crunchy, soft, and silky textures, all unified by the clear, bright presence of mango.

GranoCafé
JUBILEE HILLS
Nestled in the refined streets of Jubilee Hills, Grano Café channels European café poise with a touch of Hyderabad’s cosmopolitan flair, timber finishes, warm lighting, and an unhurried rhythm that draws the city’s elite for unhurried brunches. At the heart of its mango menu is the Musterized Mango French Toast, where thick brioche is soaked in a mango infused custard and griddled until golden, then crowned with caramelized mango, a swirl of mango mascarpone, and a drizzle of reduced mango syrup. The Mango Affogato follows suit—vanilla ice cream met with a shot of espresso and a spoonful of fresh mango compote, blending coffee’s depth with tropical brightness. Here, mango is handled with restraint, making it the quiet hero of every bite.
Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad @granocafehyd
As mango season fades, these spaces linger in the imagination of Hyderabad’s elite, each offering a different way to fall in love with the fruit— whether through a spoon, a fork, or a straw.
CHANGING
FASHION INFLUENCERS THE GAME
Fashion today is no longer dictated solely by runways or luxury houses it’s being reshaped in real time by a new generation of influencers who bring style closer to everyday life. Platforms like Instagram and YouTube have transformed individuals into powerful tastemakers, where personal style, authenticity, and storytelling carry as much weight as designer labels. What was once exclusive and seasonal has now become immediate and interactive, with trends emerging, evolving, and spreading at the speed of a scroll.
What truly sets fashion influencers apart is their ability to democratise style. They bridge the gap between high fashion and accessibility pairing luxury pieces with streetwear, showcasing thrifted finds, and reinterpreting runway looks in ways that feel wearable. This shift has opened up the industry, making fashion more inclusive across body types, budgets, and cultural perspectives At the same time, influencers have become key players in shaping consumer behaviour, often driving trends faster than traditional fashion weeks. Beyond aesthetics, influencers are also redefining what fashion stands for Many are using their platforms to advocate for sustainability, ethical fashion, and mindful consumption challenging the fast-fashion cycle while still engaging with it critically They collaborate directly with brands, co-create collections, and even launch their own labels, blurring the lines between creator, consumer, and entrepreneur.
In essence, fashion influencers haven’t just joined the industry they’ve shifted its centre of gravity. By making fashion more relatable, diverse, and immediate, they’ve turned it into a conversation rather than a monologue one where anyone, anywhere, can participate
In this feature, we spotlight Eight such influencers who are truly upping the game each bringing a distinct voice, perspective, and sense of style that is pushing fashion forward in their own way.
By Aniksha Rachamalla
How do you think social media has changed who holds power in fashion compared to traditional gatekeepers like designers and editors?
Social media has democratized influence in fashion. For a long time, designers, editors, and major publications decided what was visible and desirable. Now, creators, niche communities, and everyday consumers all shape trends in real time. A look can go viral before it ever reaches a runway, and someone with a clear point of view can have as much cultural impact as a magazine cover. Traditional gatekeepers still matter, but power is more distributed now and much more conversational.
SHREEMAYI REDDY
Shreemayi Reddy is a Beauty, Fashion, and Lifestyle creator based in Hyderabad She’s passionate about all things style, self-care, and everyday elegance From beauty hacks and skincare routines to fashion inspiration, trend updates, and lifestyle moments, she loves creating content that feels relatable, fresh, and inspiring.
In an industry built on image, how do you balance authenticity with the pressure to maintain a curated, aspirational aesthetic?
I think people connect more deeply with honesty than perfection these days. I love a beautiful imagery and thoughtful styling, but I never want my platform to feel untouchable or overly polished.
I try to balance aspirational content with real moments. Raw behind the scenes, failures, outfit repeats, honest conversations about confidence or pressure I can create inspiring visuals without pretending life is flawless
Can you share a moment when you realized your content directly influenced a trend or consumer behaviour?
There’s a temple look that I have created with Thanjavur painting on my sleeve
Thanjavur painting was famous on walls and frames but bringing it to apparel was one of the best creations I’ve done so far
I saw followers recreating the look, brands referencing it, and similar styling everywhere within weeks
In what ways are you using your platform to challenge traditional beauty standards and make fashion more inclusive?
I try to be intentional about representation since day one of content creation, whether that’s showcasing my skin colour, body type, budgets and more. I speak openly about editing culture, unrealistic standards, and the fact that style doesn’t belong to one type of person. Fashion should feel expressive and accessible, not exclusive. If someone feels more seen or confident because of my content, that matters to me.
Where do you see the role of fashion influencers evolving in the next five years and what changes would you like to lead?
I think audiences are moving away from surface level promotions and toward trust, expertise, and values. The next generation of fashion influencers will need to be curators, educators, storytellers, and community builders, not just trend amplifiers Personally, I’d like to help lead a shift toward more sustainable habits, more inclusive representation, and more originality Fashion should feel personal again, not algorithmic Instagram: @shreemayireddyy
How do you think social media has changed who holds power in fashion compared to traditional gatekeepers like designers and editors?
I think social media has softened the idea of “authority” in fashion. A select few no longer own it — it’s shaped collectively, in real time. What I find beautiful is that influence today feels more personal. People don’t just look at what’s presented to them; they look at who it’s coming from. There’s a shift from aspiration to connection, and I think that’s where the real power lies now.
TEJASWINI SIDDAM
Tejaswini Siddam is a fashion and lifestyle influencer at heart, but also an entrepreneur who naturally extended that influence into building experiences and working closely with brands Her journey started with creating content that felt visually strong yet personal, and over time, it evolved into shaping campaigns, events, and spaces that people could actually step into. For Tanya, it’s always been about storytelling whether it’s through fashion, digital content, or the experiences I create and finding a balance between creativity and impact.
In an industry built on image, how do you balance authenticity with the pressure to maintain a curated, aspirational aesthetic?
For me, it’s about intention I love creating something visually refined that’s a big part of why I’m drawn to fashion But I never want it to feel distant or unattainable I try to let my audience see both sides the finished image, and the process, the effort, sometimes even the chaos behind it That balance keeps it human. Because at the end of the day, people connect with honesty more than perfection.
Can you share a moment when you realized your content directly influenced a trend or consumer behaviour?
There was a moment during one of my event campaigns where I noticed people weren’t just attending — they were stepping into the aesthetic we had created. The way they dressed, the way they captured their own content, even the energy they brought — it all reflected what we had put out. It felt like the content had moved beyond the screen and into real life. That was a very defining realization for me.
In what ways are you using your platform to challenge traditional beauty standards and make fashion more inclusive?
I think it starts with normalizing individuality. I don’t believe in one version of beauty or one way of presenting yourself. Through my work and collaborations, I try to bring in different perspectives — different looks, different energies — so it feels more representative of real people. Inclusivity, to me, is less about making a statement and more about quietly shifting what people see as “normal.”
As your influence grows, how do you approach promoting sustainable fashion or addressing overconsumption?
It’s something I’ve become more aware of overtime. I try to move away from the idea that fashion always needs to be new. Styling, repeating, and reinterpreting pieces is something I genuinely enjoy — and I try to reflect that in my content.
At the same time, I think it’s important to be honest about the space we’re in. It’s not about being perfect, but about being conscious and making better choices where we can.
Where do you see the role of fashion influencers evolving in the next five years—and what changes would you like to lead?
I think influencers will become more defined by their perspective rather than just their presence. People are drawn to creators who feel distinct — who have a point of view, not just a platform. There’s also a shift towards experiences, where influence isn’t just digital but something you can actually step into.
Personally, I’d love to keep building in that direction creating spaces where fashion feels lived-in, not just looked at.
Instagram: @leo lass05
How do you think social media has changed who holds power in fashion compared to traditional gatekeepers like designers and editors?
I think social media has completely shifted fashion from being top-down to being far more community-driven. Earlier, designers, editors, and big publications had the strongest say in what was considered stylish or relevant. Now, audiences participate in that conversation every single day. A creator can influence how people dress just by making fashion feel accessible, relatable, and wearable in real life. I would not say traditional gatekeepers have lost their importance, but their power is no longer absolute. Today, relevance is decided just as much by public connection and cultural resonance as it is by industry approval.
ANESH UGATHA
Ganesh Bugatha is an entrepreneur, content creator, and the CEO of Tones Fashion, driven by a passion for creativity, storytelling, and business growth As a YouTuber and influencer, he focuses on creating engaging, aesthetically strong content that blends fashion, lifestyle, and practical value in a way that feels relatable to today’s audience Alongside content creation, he is committed in building Tones Fashion with a clear vision, strong systems, and a long-term approach to brand building Ganesh’s journey reflects a balance between creativity and entrepreneurship, he continues to explore how influence, innovation, and purpose can come together to create a meaningful impact.
In an industry built on image, how do you balance authenticity with the pressure to maintain a curated, aspirational aesthetic?
For me, authenticity and aspiration should not cancel each other out. I believe people are drawn to polished visuals, but they stay for honesty. So I try to present fashion in a way that is visually strong while still feeling human and relatable. I do not want my content to look unreachable; I want it to feel inspiring but still practical enough for someone to apply in their own life That balance comes from showing not just the final image, but also the thought process, the effort, and sometimes even the imperfections behind it That is what keeps the content real
Where do you see the role of fashion influencers evolving in the next five years— and what changes would you like to lead?
I think fashion influencers will evolve from simply showcasing outfits to becoming stronger voices in taste, education, and brand-building The future will belong to creators who do more than just wear clothes they will explain style, shape buying decisions, build communities, and even create products or brands with a clear point of view Personally, I want to be part of that shift by making fashion content that is not just aesthetically pleasing, but genuinely useful I would like to help move the space toward more substance, stronger storytelling, and a better balance between creativity, commerce, and real value for the audience
How do you think social media has changed who holds power in fashion compared to traditional gatekeepers like designers and editors?
Social media has made fashion feel more real and accessible. Platforms like Instagram and TikTok have given everyone a voice, so trends aren’t just decided by a few people anymore, they’re shaped by what people genuinely like, share, and connect with. Fashion now moves faster and feels more personal, where it’s not just about the design, but also the story, the person wearing it, and how it fits into everyday life.
HINDUJA CHOWDARY
Hinduja Chowdary is a beauty, fashion, and lifestyle creator based in Hyderabad, she is passionate about all things style, self-care, and everyday elegance From sharing beauty hacks and skincare routines to curating fashion inspiration, trend updates, and glimpses of her lifestyle, her content feels effortlessly relatable, fresh, and inspiring. She is also deeply conscious about her diet and overall lifestyle, often reflecting a balanced, mindful approach to wellness alongside her sense of style bringing a touch of ease and authenticity to everyday living.
In an industry built on image, how do you balance authenticity with the pressure to maintain a curated, aspirational aesthetic?
For me, it always leans more towards authenticity. Fashion doesn’t always feel inclusive, especially when it comes to different body types, so trying to fit into a certain image never really makes sense to me. I’d rather wear something that feels right on me and suits my body, instead of chasing what’s trending. Everyone carries clothes differently, and that’s what makes style personal. I do take inspiration, but only to a point, the rest is about being true to myself and owning how I wear it That’s what makes it feel real
Can you share a moment when you realized your content directly influenced a trend or consumer behaviour?
I wouldn’t say I’ve directly created a trend, but I’ve definitely seen how my content influences people. For me, it’s never been about starting trends, it’s more about sharing ideas and a perspective that others can take and make their own.
In what ways are you using your platform to challenge traditional beauty standards and make fashion more inclusive?
Through my content on Instagram, I try to show that fashion isn’t just for one kind of body. Being curvier on my lower body, I’ve often felt like there aren’t enough options for body types like mine, it’s somewhere in between, and not always considered. So I focus on wearing and styling things in a way that actually works for me. I also encourage people to understand their own body and create their own style instead of running behind trends. For me, that’s what makes fashion feel more real and inclusive.
As your influence grows, how do you approach promoting sustainable fashion or addressing overconsumption?
As my platform grows, I try to be more conscious about what I promote. I focus on versatile, long-lasting pieces and encourage re-wearing and restyling instead of constant buying. Through my content on Instagram, I aim to show that style doesn’t have to come from overconsumption, but from making thoughtful choices.
I think the role of fashion influencers will become more thoughtful and responsible, moving beyond just trends. People are already leaning towards real, relatable content, so the focus will shift to personal style, conscious choices, and honest storytelling.
Where do you see the role of fashion influencers evolving in the next five years—and what changes would you like to lead?
For me, I want to be part of that shift by creating authentic content, encouraging people to understand their body, build their own style, and not feel pressured to follow every trend.
How has social media changed who holds power in fashion?
Honestly, social media has completely shifted the power dynamic. Earlier, fashion was very top-down—designers and editors decided what was “in,” and everyone else followed. Today, it’s much more democratic. As a creator from Hyderabad, I’ve seen how real people, real bodies, and real lifestyles are influencing trends just as much as runways.
For me, the biggest change is that the audience now has a voice. If something doesn’t resonate, it doesn’t work—no matter how big the brand is. And creators like us have become that bridge between brands and consumers. It’s no longer about just selling a look; it’s about storytelling and relatability.
DEEPIKA KEWALRAMANI
Deepika Kewalramani is a Hyderabad-based influencer known for her evolving presence in the digital space, where she shares content centered around fashion, lifestyle, and everyday inspiration With a keen eye for aesthetics and a modern, relatable approach, she connects with her audience through curated style looks, beauty insights, and glimpses into her personal lifestyle As part of Hyderabad’s growing community of content creators, she reflects the city’s blend of contemporary trends and cultural charm, steadily building a space that resonates with young, style-conscious audiences
In an industry built on image, how do you balance authenticity with a curated aesthetic?
This is something I’ve learned over time
When I started 6 years ago, I thought everything had to be perfect perfect lighting, perfect outfits, perfect life. But over the years, I realized that what truly connects is honesty. Now, I still love creating beautiful, aspirational content that’s a part of fashion but I make sure it feels me. Whether it’s sharing behindthe-scenes chaos, mom-life moments, or just days when things aren’t perfect, I try to keep that layer of realness intact.
Because at the end of the day, people don’t follow perfection they follow connection.
Can you share a moment when you realized your content influenced consumer behaviour?
I remember once I shared a reel featuring a very simple everyday outfit styled in multiple ways It wasn’t anything over-the-top, just something relatable Within days, I started getting DMs from followers saying they recreated the look, or even bought similar pieces because they saw how versatile it was That’s when it hit me this isn’t just content anymore, it’s impact It made me more mindful of what I put out there because I realized people are not just watching, they’re actually taking inspiration and acting on it Instagram: @deepika.kewalramani
How do you think social media has changed who holds power in fashion compared to traditional gatekeepers like designers and editors?
I think social media has made fashion a lot more democratic. Earlier, trends mostly came from designers or editors telling us what was in. Now real people are showing how they style things in everyday life. For me, it’s not about high fashion looks — it’s about simple combinations that actually work. A nice pair of jeans, a good shirt, neat nails, maybe a little accessory… sometimes that’s all you need. Social media lets people see relatable fashion, not just runway fashion.
NKITA AIN
Ankita Jain is a Hyderabad-based influencer who is steadily carving her space in the digital world through her engaging fashion and lifestyle content Known for her effortless sense of style and relatable approach, she shares everything from everyday outfit inspiration to beauty tips and glimpses of her personal life As part of Hyderabad’s rapidly growing influencer community where creators across fashion, beauty, and lifestyle are gaining significant traction Ankita brings a fresh perspective that resonates with a young, trend-conscious audience. Her content reflects a balance of modern aesthetics and authenticity, making her a rising name to watch in the city’s influencer scene.
In an industry built on image, how do you balance authenticity with the pressure to maintain a curated, aspirational aesthetic?
Honestly, I keep it very simple I’m a mom, and my life is not always perfectly styled Some days it’s quick outfits, some days it’s dressing up I try to show both I like looking put together clean nails, well-matched clothes, small details but I don’t try to look perfect all the time I think people connect more when they see real life along with the fashion
Can you share a moment when you realized your content directly influenced a trend or consumer behaviour?
There have been a few times when I wore something very simple like pairing basic pieces together and people started messaging me saying they tried the same combination from their own wardrobe. That’s when I realized influence doesn’t always mean promoting something new. Sometimes it’s just showing how to style what you already have.
In what ways are you using your platform to challenge traditional beauty standards and make fashion more inclusive?
For me it’s mainly about showing that fashion doesn’t need to be complicated or perfect. You don’t need fillers, heavy styling, or expensive outfits to feel confident. Simple clothes, a good fit, neat grooming these things can make anyone feel stylish I try to show that fashion can be comfortable, practical, and still beautiful

In an industry built on image, how do you balance authenticity with the pressure to maintain a curated, aspirational aesthetic?
Maintaining a high-fashion, "Power Professional" aesthetic while staying authentic is a delicate dance. The key is to view the aesthetic as the art and the authenticity as the narrative. Here the aesthetics is the visual invitation—the lighting, the sharp tailoring, and the luxury backdrop. And the authenticity happens in the captions and the "behind-the-scenes" moments. It’s about showing the final polished look while being honest about the effort it took to get there. True influence doesn't come from being perfect; it comes from being aspirational yet accessible.
CHANDRAHAAS CHOWDARY
Chandrahaas Chowdary is a Hyderabad-based fashion influencer redefining what it means to be a male creator in today’s digital space. In an industry often shaped by narrow definitions of masculinity, he brings a refreshing perspective using his platform to champion gender-fluid styling and elevate the conversation around men’s skincare. With a keen eye for detail and a fearless approach to self-expression, Chandrahaas blends fashion and grooming seamlessly, encouraging his audience to move beyond conventions and embrace individuality with confidence.
Can you share a moment when you realized your content directly influenced a trend or consumer behaviour?
Well yes, I was making some couple of content with my grandma on skincare! And shockingly people started using them in their skincare routine, hyping my grandma skin and the confidence she carried in the videos!
In what ways are you using your platform to challenge traditional beauty standards and make fashion more inclusive?
As a male creator in a space often dominated by narrow definitions of masculinity, I use my platform to advocate for gender-fluid styling and meticulous skincare. By showcasing that grooming and highfashion experimentation are tools for self-expression rather than "unmasculine" traits, I’m helping broaden the narrative of what an Indian man can look like today. In an industry built on image, how do you balance authenticity with the pressure to maintain a curated, aspirational aesthetic?
Balancing authenticity with a curated, aspirational aesthetic isn’t about choosing one over the other it’s about intentional duality. The people and brands who do this well aren’t being contradictory; they’re being strategic about what they show and how they show it. So the goal isn’t raw, unfiltered chaos.
It’s truthful storytelling within boundaries.
Aspirational doesn’t have to mean fake. Use good lighting, editing, composition but that’s curation
Keep opinions, humor, struggles, quirks real and that’s authenticity.
Authenticity isn’t about being unfiltered. Curation isn’t about being fake. It’s about alignment
AYATRI EDDY
Gayatri Reddy, a 24-year-old based in Hyderabad, began her Instagram journey with a clear intention to simply be herself and let her audience connect with her authenticity. Her content reflects a raw, unfiltered version of her personality, bringing a sense of originality that resonates with a growing community. Beyond her digital presence, Gayatri is also an entrepreneur, running her own company, Socio an app designed to simplify table bookings, event ticketing, and entertainment experiences Through both her platform and her business, she encourages people to embrace who they are, creating a space that celebrates individuality and genuine self-expression
Can you share a moment when you realized your content directly influenced a trend or consumer behavior?
Over the next five years, I see fashion influencers evolving from just trendsetters to storytellers and culture shapers. It won’t be enough to simply wear or promote outfits audiences are already looking for meaning, individuality, and transparency behind every post.
With platforms like Instagram pushing more video and real-time content, influencers will need to be more dynamic blending fashion with lifestyle, personality, and even opinion. The focus will shift from “perfect aesthetics” to relatable aspiration, where people still admire the look but also connect with the person behind it.
Personally, the change I’d like to lead is moving toward more authentic and conscious fashion storytelling whether that’s showing the reality behind shoots, promoting mindful styling, or breaking the idea that fashion has to look a certain way to be aspirational.
I don’t just want to influence what people wear I want to influence how they feel about what they wear.
In what ways are you using your platform to challenge traditional beauty standards and make fashion more inclusive?
I try to challenge traditional beauty standards by simply showing up as myself without fitting into a “perfect” mold. For me, it’s about normalizing different body types, skin tones, and personal styles rather than chasing one ideal version of beauty.
Through my content, I focus on styling pieces in a way that feels accessible and real, so people can see themselves in it not just admire it. Whether it’s mixing high-street with basics, repeating outfits, or keeping things a little less “perfect,” I want fashion to feel inclusive, not intimidating. I also believe inclusivity is about representation and mindset. So, I consciously support and highlight brands, styles, and ideas that celebrate individuality and comfort over rigid trends. Influencers today are already driving a shift toward body positivity and diversity, breaking the idea that fashion belongs to only one kind of person
At the end of the day, I’m not just trying to show what looks good I want to show that style has no rules, and everyone deserves to feel confident in it.

This makes it ideal for people who like breaking their workday into phases—working for a few hours, taking a refreshing break, and coming back with better focus.
Conclusion: More Than Just a Place to Work
What makes these cafés special isn’t just their coffee or their décor it’s how they make you feel while you work
They’re cost-efficient, yes. For the price of a few coffees or a meal, you get hours of comfortable seating, good ambience, and often better energy than a traditional office
But more importantly, they offer something harder to define a sense of community. You’re never really alone in these spaces. Around you are people building things, chasing ideas, figuring things out And sometimes, all it takes is a shared table or a casual conversation to turn a regular workday into something more.
In a city like Hyderabad, these cafés aren’t just places you work from they’re places you grow in.
People’sTake
As an event planner, I’m constantly juggling timelines, vendor calls, budgets, and last-minute changes so where I choose to work from really matters Lately, I’ve found myself going back to Hoshi Cafe quite often, especially on days when I need a mix of focus and creative thinking What I really appreciate about Hoshi is the layout and flow of the space. The coffee counter sits right at the centre, so there’s always this subtle movement around you it feels social, but not distracting.
As someone who spends a lot of time ideating event concepts, that kind of environment actually helps It keeps your mind active without overwhelming you. I usually come here for mid-day planning sessions or even late evenings when I need to map out event timelines or coordinate with clients. It’s surprisingly good for that The vibe stays calm even at night it doesn’t turn chaotic like some other cafés. From a practical standpoint, it works well too. I can sit with my laptop, take calls, sketch out ideas, and even have informal client catch-ups. It doesn’t feel too formal, which is great because in my line of work, some of the best ideas come when you’re relaxed
If I had to sum it up, Hoshi isn’t my “deep focus, no interruptions” workspace but it’s definitely my go-to for planning, ideation, and casual client meetings It gives me just enough energy, just enough calm, and the kind of atmosphere where ideas come together naturally.
Rohith Reddy –Real Estate
I’ve always enjoyed working out of cafés there’s something about good coffee and a relaxed space that helps me unwind while still staying productive. It’s also a great way to meet new people; over time, you end up making connections and even friendships without really trying.
One of my go-to spots is Mikro – The Neighbourhood Café I find myself going back there often because the vibe is just right cosy, welcoming, and never too loud It almost feels like a home away from home What I really appreciate is how easy it is to settle in. There’s no pressure to rush or keep ordering, which means I can spend a good amount of time there planning my day, organising my thoughts, and actually getting work done. The menu has plenty of great options too, so you’re never stuck with the same thing.
Overall, it’s one of those places that naturally makes you more productive without forcing it and that’s what makes it special.
Swetha –
Analyst
I’ve worked out of True Black Specialty Coffee quite a few times now, and honestly, it’s one of those places that grows on you What I like most is the energy. It’s not one of those super quiet cafés where you feel like you can’t even move your chair without making noise. There’s always something happening people catching up, working on laptops, having meetings and somehow that makes it easier to get things done. I usually go there when I have lighter work or need a change of environment Overall, I wouldn’t call it my “deep work” spot but it’s definitely my go-to for casual work, meetings, and when I just want to get out and feel a bit more connected while working
The New Language of Summer Weddings
& Sunlit Vows Soft Palettes
From citrus-drenched mandaps to timeless storytelling frames, Hyderabad’s 2026 summer weddings are rewriting tradition with lightness, culture, and quiet luxury.
By Vaishnavi D.
A Season of Light, Legacy & Less is More
Summer weddings have always demanded a careful balance between grandeur and comfort, opulence and breathability. But in 2026, Hyderabad’s wedding landscape is undergoing a refined evolution. Couples are no longer chasing excess; instead, they are curating experiences that feel intimate, aesthetic, and deeply personal.
Designers, planners, and photographers alike are leaning into themes that embrace the season rather than fight it, celebrating sunlight, softer palettes, and storytelling that transcends trends. This season, weddings are not just events; they are immersive visual narratives.
Five Summer Wedding Themes That Define 2026
CitrusGroveSoirée
Zesty hues meet sunlit elegance
Think lemon yellows, tangerine bursts, and fresh greens, this theme is a sensory celebration of summer. Decor features citrus fruits woven into tablescapes, fresh floral installations, and light linen drapes that sway with the breeze. The appeal lies in its vibrancy without heaviness. It’s playful yet sophisticated, making it ideal for day weddings and brunch ceremonies.
PastelMinimalism
Whispered luxury in soft tones
Blush pinks, powder blues, lilacs, and muted peaches define this aesthetic. Clean lines, uncluttered mandaps, and delicate floral arrangements create a calming visual language. This theme thrives on restraint—where every element is intentional. The result? A wedding that feels airy, modern, and effortlessly elegant.
GardenReverie
Nature-led decor that breathes
Greenery takes centre stage here—creepers, foliage walls, and botanical installations replace heavy florals. Outdoor venues transform into enchanted gardens, with sunlight filtering through leaves. It’s not just about aesthetics, it’s about atmosphere. This theme keeps guests comfortable while delivering a visually immersive experience.
CoastalDreamscape
Beach-inspired serenity without leaving the city
Inspired by coastal palettes, seafoam, ivory, and sandy beige, this theme brings a breezy, vacation-like vibe to urban weddings. Think shell accents, fluid fabrics, and soft lighting that mimics golden hour. Perfect for evening ceremonies, it evokes calmness and understated glamour.
VintageIvoryAffair
Old-world charm with a summer twist
Ivory, champagne, and antique gold create a timeless palette. Lace textures, vintage furniture, and heritage-inspired decor lend a regal yet light aesthetic.
This theme bridges tradition and modernity, offering a classic look that photographs beautifully across generations.
Insights From Farah, Wedding Planner from Pink Pagdi Hyderabad
ThePlanner’sPerspective:CuratingSummerwithIntent
When it comes to translating these themes into reality, planners play a pivotal role. Pink Pagdi, led by Farah, is at the forefront of this evolving aesthetic.
“For summer weddings in Hyderabad, I’m seeing a strong shift towards citrus/tropical palettes, pastel minimalism, and greenery-led decor. These styles feel light, refreshing, and visually cooling—perfect for our climate while still allowing the overall setup to look elegant, breathable, and luxurious without feeling heavy.”
Her approach is rooted in climatic intelligence, designing weddings that not only look good but feel comfortable. On blending cultural elements:
“When it comes to incorporating Tollywood or regional influences, I always suggest doing it in a subtle, curated way. Using elements like traditional weaves, muted temple-inspired motifs, or even a thoughtfully designed performance can add cultural depth without overwhelming the simplicity of a summer setup.”
This philosophy reflects a broader shift—where tradition is no longer loud, but layered.
VOWS By Siddhu Soma, Hyderabad By Siddhu
ThroughtheLens:CapturingTimelessnessOverTrends
If planners design the experience, photographers preserve its soul. For Vows by Siddhu Soma, storytelling is at the heart of every frame. Founder Siddhu Soma views weddings through a dual lens—editorial and documentary.
“Culture into trend, we’re dividing aesthetics into two approaches. The editorial captures the portrait, the styled, the aspirational. The documentary is as real as possible—as candid as possible.”
This distinction is becoming central to modern wedding photography. Couples want both—the cinematic and the sincere.
He draws inspiration from celebrity weddings:
“When it comes to Tollywood aesthetics, weddings like those of Vijay Deverakonda and Allu Sirish represent two different worlds. Vijay’s is a royal, grand aesthetic, while Allu Sirish reflects a boy-next-door simplicity.”
These contrasting styles are shaping how couples define their own visual identity.
For Summer 2026, Siddhu is particularly excited about unconventional palettes: “Mint green and mocha brown are incredibly exciting to create. Weddings are something that come from generations and stay for generations—keeping them classical and timeless is more important than chasing trends.”
His insight underscores a critical shift—colour is no longer just decorative; it’s narrative.
WhenCinemaMeetsCeremony
Tollywood has always influenced wedding aesthetics, but in 2026, the inspiration is more nuanced than ever. The imagined grandeur of Vijay Deverakonda’s wedding—rooted in royalty, structure, and scale—contrasts beautifully with the understated, relatable charm associated with Allu Sirish.
These two archetypes—royal editorial and candid documentary—are now defining how weddings are conceptualised and captured. Couples are increasingly asking:
Do we want a wedding that feels like a cinematic spectacle, or one that feels like an intimate memory?
The answer, more often than not, is both.
The New Summer Wedding Philosophy
What emerges from these insights is a clear direction for 2026:
Less density, more detail
More meaning, less noise
Timelessness over trend cycles
Summer weddings are no longer about battling the heat—they are about embracing it. Through lighter palettes, breathable designs, and storytelling-driven photography, they are becoming experiences that feel as good as they look. And perhaps that is the true luxury of modern weddings—not extravagance, but intention

The application process is coupled with a rhythmic massage that promotes lymphatic drainage and improves surface circulation, giving your skin a healthy, luminous glow. It is particularly effective at hydrating the skin when combined with a body butter massage, making it an essential indulgence for those preparing for special occasions or simply looking to enhance their natural beauty through deep, nourishing care.
Swedish Deep-Release Massage: A refined variation of the traditional Swedish massage, this therapy focuses on releasing accumulated stress from the body’s deeper muscle layers. The therapist uses longer, gliding strokes combined with targeted pressure to melt away tension, improving range of motion and overall flexibility. The soothing environment of the spa, combined with the relaxing properties of therapeutic-grade essential oils, creates a profound sense of tranquility that helps to balance the nervous system, providing a perfect reset for both body and mind after a long, demanding week.

Sometimes, the best way to beat the heat is to stay exactly where you are just elevated.
How to Craft the Perfect Summer Staycation
A staycation isn’t just about where you go it’s about how you experience it.
Lean into slow living: Wake up without alarms, savour long meals, and let the day unfold naturally.
Plan around the weather: Early mornings and evenings are your best friends reserve afternoons for indoor indulgences
Curate your experiences: Book spa treatments, private dinners, or guided walks in advance to elevate your stay.
Disconnect to reconnect: Limit screen time and immerse yourself in the moment whether it’s a book, a conversation, or simply the view.
Travel light, but thoughtfully: Breathable fabrics, skincare essentials, and a good summer read can transform your experience.
TajFalaknumaPalace
There’s nothing understated about a stay here. Set high above the city, this 19th-century palace feels like a world suspended in time. Summer afternoons are best spent indoors, where marble corridors remain cool and quiet, and every detail—from the antique furnishings to the curated dining experiences—evokes a sense of royal living. High tea here isn’t just a meal, it’s a ritual.
A staycation at Taj Falaknuma Palace is not just a getaway—it’s an experience steeped in history, luxury, and quiet grandeur. Once the residence of the Nizams, the palace quite literally translates to “Mirror of the Sky,” and true to its name, it sits about 2,000 feet above the city, offering sweeping views and a sense of complete escape.
What makes it truly special is how seamlessly it blends heritage with hospitality. You’re not just walking through history—you’re living in it. From arriving in a horse-drawn carriage to dining in one of the world’s largest dining halls (seating over 100 guests at a single table), every detail feels thoughtfully curated.
The palace also houses a rare collection of artefacts, including a library inspired by Windsor Castle and intricate Venetian chandeliers that add to its old-world charm. Yet, despite its grandeur, the experience feels intimate—quiet gardens, personalised service, and moments designed to help you slow down.
It’s a staycation that offers more than relaxation—it offers a glimpse into a royal past, making it one of the most unique and memorable experiences you can have in Hyderabad.

ITCKohenur
Perched in the heart of HITEC City and overlooking the serene Durgam Cheruvu, the hotel feels like a quiet retreat within the city’s busiest business district. What makes it stand out is its inspiration from the legendary Koh-i-Noor diamond—this influence is evident in its geometric interiors, reflective surfaces, and jewel-toned design elements.
One of the most striking aspects is that around 60% of the rooms offer lake views, which is rare for a city hotel and adds a sense of calm to an otherwise fast-paced environment. Beyond aesthetics, the hotel is also a benchmark in sustainability. It’s LEED Platinum and GRIHA 5-star certified, designed to align with the sun’s movement to naturally regulate temperature—making it as environmentally conscious as it is luxurious.
Food is another highlight. With multiple award-winning restaurants—from royal Indian cuisine at Dum Pukht to global dining experiences—the property is almost a culinary destination in itself. And if you look closer, it’s also built for scale—housing one of the largest pillar-less banquet spaces in the city, making it a preferred venue for grand weddings and high-profile events. ITC Kohenur is where modern luxury meets thoughtful design. It’s not about stepping into the past—it’s about experiencing Hyderabad at its most contemporary, where comfort, sustainability, and sophistication come together seamlessly.

The transition is almost instant—you walk in from the bustle outside, and it suddenly feels quiet, elegant, and composed.
One of the most impressive aspects is the scale and comfort of the rooms. With over 300 rooms—among the largest in the city—they’re spacious, minimal, and designed for both relaxation and work, complete with large windows and dedicated workspaces.
