OUR MISSION SAFE WORK AREA There are many advantages for the environment that come from the use of technologies produced by ErreDue: operating for the efficiency and optimization of the production cycle generates important benefits not only for the customer but also for the environmental context in which it operates.. • The on site production of gas eliminates greenhouse gas emissions due to the cyilinders transportation. • The on-site production of gas directly at the required pressure allows a remarkable energy saving and can eliminate the need of compressor. • Hydrogen used as an energy carrier allows to making the best use of existing renewable sources and It shall facilitate its development and diffusion. • Increased safety in the workplace: the risk of accidents is reduced because the gas produced at the pressure avoids the danger of explosion and eliminates the criticalities related to the transport and handling of compressed gases.

We are proud to contribute, for example, to the strengthening of the hydrogen industry chain, in line with the strategic orientation of a more sustainable global development.

• Our Mercury and Sirio generators produce hydrogen through the surplus of RES, that is, by using the renewable energies in excess, which otherwise would be discarded. • We support an increasingly “clean” biomethanion, increasing process efficiency, thanks to the re-use of CO2 produced as waste, always in association with our hydrogen, to produce more biomethane. • We support the Green Hydrogen production and we support the most important producers of electrolyzers, designing suitable systems to manage the energy produced through electrolysis. • We have taken up the challenge of green mobility through our commitment to production and storage of hydrogen for H2 charging systems for the hydrogen filling stations.

ErreDue supports industrial customers and laboratories that intend to solve their gas supply problems, providing them with a complete range of products for on-site gas generation and purification, able to meet every need, from the smallest laboratory to the largest industry. Our specific professional competence allows us to deal with a wide and diversified range of technical gases. We design and manufacture H2 Generators, N2 Generators ,O2 Generators, and within the complex purification and mixing systems we treat, in combination with the gases produced by our plants, also other gases such as Argon and CO2. ErreDue is able to deploy great know-how and strong transversal skills to provide the best solution starting from a fundamental understanding and analysis of the precise needs of the customer. Generators, mixers and gas purifiers conceived to improve customer production: to do this ErreDue can counts on specialised technical personnel and a production infrastructure articulated in 5 different sites dedicated exclusively to production, while 1 site is completely dedicated to Research & Development.

MEDICAL GENERATORS OXYLIFE ErreDue OXYGEN concentrators work with the PSA principle (pressure swing absorption) to produce a continuous flow of oxygen from the filtration of compressed air. The system consists of two series of extruded aluminium columns filled with zeolite. A pre-treated compressed air flow passes through the columns from the bottom to the top, the nitrogen is absorbed by the filter material, while the oxygen from the top of the towers is collected in a special storage tank ready for use. H-MW PLANTS ErreDue has developed the project of an innovative large electrolytic cell suitable for creating an alkaline electrolyte power 1 MW and over. The plant is composed of two cells of 500 kW and can produce up to 200 Nm3/h of hyperpure hydrogen. These cells can be integrated into different modules with the possibility of increasing the capacity of the entire plant up to 5 MW. ErreDue has dedicated an entire area to the construction of the Large Plants, managing to cover with their professionalism the entire production chain: from the project to the actual construction, reaching the point of ensuring a specific maintenance service for the abovementioned plants.

ErreDue offers its customers the skills and services of a highly qualified and specialized technical team, which takes care of the customer throughout the process, from the design to the delivery of the plant, up to after-sales service.

The dedicated staff of ErreDue assists and instructs the customer about the procedures of operation, maintenance of generators and gas management. The customer can also follow the testing directly at ErreDue (FAT).

Remote Assistance: : through remote control, the systems are constantly monitored, with the possibility of remote intervention to ensure immediate assistance. Spare parts: : Immediate availability of spare parts in stock. The extensive commercial network of ErreDue guarantees reliability and prompt deliveries. Turnkey Solutions: In addition to a wide range of standard products, ErreDue also offers the possibility to study customized solutions together with the customer, providing “turnkey” solutions.
