Securely clamped A zero-point clamping system enables fast and precise workpiece changeovers while reducing setup and machine downtime. Workpieces are positioned accurately and clamped securely within seconds. The patented EROWA Giant Tooling System (GTS) has been specifically developed for large and heavy workpieces in rotary applications. It combines precision, stability and process reliability for heavy-duty machining. Its robust geometry is ideally suited to automated manufacturing processes as well as the production of large workpieces with crane loading. Standardized setup processes reduce machine downtime and increase productivity.

Process-safe, reliable & efficient The GTS adapts flexibly to different manufacturing concepts – from manual operation to fully monitored automation. Thanks to its modular design, the number of chucks can be individually adapted to the workpiece and process requirements. Clamped without hydraulic pressure, monitored and cleaned – for high process reliability and machine availability.
