Hardened steel, corrosion‑resistant. Centering integrated in pallet. Inside diameter: ø 25mm. Includes bolts and centering pins.

For use on PM85 Precise chuck. With chucking spigot ER‑03839 on: Production Chuck 210 Combi, Power Chuck P, ITS Chuck 100 P and QuickChuck 100 P. Prepared to accommodate vise with pitch 52mm.

Remove chucking spigot from vise and fit centering pins.

Attach vise to pallet with 4 bolts.

Pallet PM128 for vise pitch 52

Hardened steel, corrosion‑resistant. Centering integrated in pallet. Includes bolts and centering pins.

For use on PM128 Precise die‑plate chuck. Prepared to accommodate vises with pitch 52mm.

Remove chucking spigot from vise and fit centering pins.

Prepared to accommodate several vises with pitch 52mm + 96 mm, as well as LANG Quick•Towers*.

Remove chucking spigot from vise or LANG Quick•Tower* and fit centering pins. Attach to pallet with bolts.

Simple set-up The vises can be adapted quickly and easily without additional alignment. If necessary, they can be removed at any time and the pallets used for other purposes (e.g. clamping of workpieces).

1. Remove chucking spigot from vise 2. Install centering sleeve on the pallet 3. Place vise on pallet 4. Fit screws and tighten - finished!
